    Dream wedding came true!

    Absolutely exceeded my expectations! The sales team to the event staff was spectacular; they were very easy to contact and very attentive. The quality of the photos was fantastic and the attendant was very kind to all of my guests. Overall, the experience was outstanding and I truly cant recommend them enough!

    Typical Photobooth

    We had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic and they charged us money even though we gave them more than 90 days notice and couldn't travel to Ontario. Didn't hear from them until just before our wedding when I reached out to confirm someone was even coming. I had to reach out a month later to get digital copies of all the photos that were promised. All in all, the pictures were good, they showed up when they were supposed to but communication wasn't good.

    What a great time we had!

    I recently attended a wedding where event booth photo booth were present. They were the hit of the wedding and made it so much fun. I recommend to everyone!

    Horrible Experience

    The absolute worst customer service I have ever received with complete lack of professionalism shown by the owner. Hired this company for my wedding and it has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with them. The pictures printed from the mirror booth we rented are so distorted they are literally garbage, such a huge disappointment and waste of money! When I started to see the images being printed the night of the wedding the picture quality was horrible! I was told it was because of poor lighting!? The owner himself told me "not to worry" though because he would edit my photos, fix them all and mail me copies after the wedding. The photos were never fixed, I was sent an online gallery with the same distortion in the pictures as the night of my wedding so that gallery was useless. The "edited" photos were never mailed to me and repeated emails and texts have gone unanswered. Instead of providing ethical business practices and taking care of their customers this company has done nothing to try and provide resolution. The owner takes no responsibility for the situation but rather continually blames me for the poor quality pictures saying the lighting wasn't ideal and it's my fault! I was under the impression I hired a professional to solve potential problems at an event as I'm sure not every venue has optimal conditions. I was married at a very well known, very beautiful venue, not in a side street alley. A $100 refund was offered but NOT received which I also believe isn't compensation enough to cover the nearly $600 spent on the worse experience I have honestly ever had dealing with a vendor. Since I have received no apology and the owner admits no wrong doing the company must feel comfortable with the quality of the service they provide, so I feel happy to share a few pictures to show the photos I received.

    Worst vendor experience ever

    I would give zero stars if I could. All of my dealings with this company were horrible. First - to charge a $50 admin fee to change a location is ridiculous... it may be in the contract, but why would you charge $50 to literally say okay we are going here, not there.

    Now for the photobooth.

    I know it is COVID but there was no warning that the photobooth would come without props. The contract clearly states props are included. If I was warned in advance, I could have brought my own. Less of my wedding guests went into the booth because it just wasn't as fun, it's not like the attendant gave any ideas for poses either. I don't think she knew what she was doing.

    Next, the prints were coming out awful and my sister in law complained (I was the bride and was too busy to make a fuss). The lady running the booth spoke with her boss and advised that we would receive a full refund. We suggested that since everything was printing dark, to move the booth. They said the photos looked fine on the camera but it was the printers fault. I have included some of the sample photos we got.

    In some shots, the colour was way off, or the people in the photo werent centered in the frame, and many of the pics you can even see the edges of the backdrop. The photos were super inconsistent and not something anyone would pay any amount of money for.

    Hi Laura, as discussed I apologize you didn't have the best experience. Regarding the wide lens of the pictures, there were often times where large groups of guests came by to take pics and wanted us to zoom out. This caused is to take wide shots outside the range of the gold backdrop which the photo booth told the guests. The guests were happy to receive the pics and understood. We put the lens zoom back to normal after the large groupings. Please see the pics shared.

    Also, regarding your complaint about photo booth not giving suggestions on how to pose: we provide a friendly staff to help printout the pictures, setup the photo booth, answer questions, change ink when needed, tell people where to look but don't tell people how to pose. It's up to each individual to feel comfortable on how they wish to act. Some people act goofy during pics, others smile. I hope you had some fun taking the pictures! I attached some here and shared the whole folder with you back in 2021 but please let me know if you need me to resend any to you.

    Had to Fire

    Would NOT recommend to anyone! Responsive to messages until you hire them, then good luck contacting anyone. When initially hired, took multiple emails to even get a contract sent to me. Tried to contact in regards to COVID-19 going on to touch base. Emailed - no answer, FB message - no answer, Texted - got an answer but no following after a week, Texted again - no answer. Finally gave up and called ( again, no answer, so had to leave a message) to fire the company because clearly can't rely on them. How are we supposed to trust them to even show up on our wedding day?! Still haven't heard a thing from them. Horribly run company.

    Would Hire Again!

    After working with Event Booth Photo Booth Company for a client's wedding in August 2019, I hired them for my own wedding (June 2020, postponed to August 2020).

    They were always professional and worked with me to postpone our wedding during the covid pandemic. Their staff on the wedding day were professional and friendly with all our guests. They were sure to follow the venue/government's regulations for covid precautions. They arrived early to ensure the set up was done on time and did their tear down quickly and efficiently.
    I rented their boxwood backdrop and photo booth for 2 hours of service as we unfortunately could no longer have a full reception (due to covid).
    The company is very busy so unfortunately they do take a bit longer to respond to emails/calls, but rest assured they will get back to you and ensure everything is in place for your event.
