Trail Hub is a unique, family owned wedding venue located at the highest peak in the GTA. Owned and operated by humble, community focused farmers, our property has been thoughtfully shaped with care and intention. Surrounded by more than one hundred and forty acres of forested trails in Uxbridge, Ontario, our venue offers sweeping views, endless photo locations, and a natural setting that feels private, peaceful, and unforgettable.

Facilities and Capacity

Couples can exchange vows at our highest elevation point, overlooking rolling hills and woodlands. The views are exceptional, and the photo opportunities are endless in every season. After the ceremony, guests gather inside our cozy chalet, formerly a ski lodge, where warm lighting and natural finishes create an inviting atmosphere.

Our beautiful newly renovated bridal suite is available starting at 9 in the morning, giving couples and their wedding party a comfortable private space to get ready on site. We comfortably host weddings from 40 to 190 guests.

Ceremony Options

We offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony locations. If weather changes, we simply move the ceremony inside. For guest counts over sixty, we use our Oscar style layout. For weddings under sixty guests, we flip the entire room to create a full ceremony setup inside. The transition is smooth, efficient, and handled entirely by our team.

Dining

Our kitchen focuses on fresh, local, seasonal ingredients and offers a diverse range of menu options. We accommodate all dietary needs, allergies, cultural preferences, and religious requirements, ensuring every guest feels included and cared for. Couples consistently rave about our food, and our menus are designed to be both memorable and approachable for all guests.

Planning Support

We provide dedicated wedding coordinators who work closely with each couple throughout the entire planning process. Together, we complete four important planning meetings where all details are reviewed, refined, and finalized. After booking, couples receive access to our preferred vendor list, featuring trusted professionals who know our property well.

We run each couple’s rehearsal, set up all decor and place settings provided on the morning of the wedding, and manage the full timeline from start to finish. Our planners are highly experienced, highly recommended, and known for creating smooth, stress free wedding days.

Included Inventory

We provide all tables, chairs, table linens, cutlery, glassware, easels, and additional essential items needed for a seamless event. Our team handles full setup of all venue items and all decor brought in by the couple on the morning of the wedding.
