I had an amazing experience with the Eaden Myles Team. I reached out to them via email towards the end of October 2024 and showed them the exact suit design that I wanted my fiancé to wear. I also explained that I needed the suit by December 2024 for our destination wedding that was taking place on January 2,2025.

I was very scared of the small window to create the suit, but they assured me it would get done in time. They were very responsive throughout the entire process. I don’t think I ever had to wait a full 24hrs before I would get a response back to my emails. They even kept me updated during the production process. Once the suit was finished, it was sent to me within two days and I did have it for our special day.

The end product was great, only issues were slow response time and we had to initiate communication. When we followed up with them they were transparent and communication increased.

Our groomsmen party recently ordered from this company for my friends wedding and they took forever to deliver our suits for the big day. Majority of the party ordered the items with more than enough time for them to be delivered to us and allow for any alterations needed. I specifically ordered mine in August and received my suit 1 week before the day (Wedding was the last week in October). One of the groomsmen didn't receive theirs until the Monday before the wedding (which was on a Friday). We called several times (even got the bride involved) and they kept telling us that they would send the tracking order and we never received it until the final week before the wedding. On the day of the wedding, one of the main buttons on my suit jacket popped off because it wasn't properly sown into the jacket. Even though the final quality of the suits was an 8/10, the company did a horrible job of customer service, quality control of the final suits, and ridiculous delivery times to get the suit we needed. IF you decide to order from here, make sure to do so at least 6months before your wedding with the hopes that that they will actually get it to you in time.

We had been working with this company for a year combined. Every single suit took about three months to arrive and then once we got them they weren't all the same suit. So they promised new ones, then we waited and kept getting the run around on shipping dates and finally 45 days before our wedding the last suit has arrived. I would steer clear. They were communicative when they wanted to be. Otherwise, I had to reach out to them for an answer on everything.

You will Never get your suit on time.. delays will
Take months and they are not true to their words. They will give you the run around.

They are very professional. If you have any issues or problems they fix it immediately. The suit was a great fix with amazing quality. I plan on buying a suit every year for my anniversary.
