Elsie Perrin Williams Estate is a London-based venue that specializes in providing a unique, intimate and warm atmosphere for celebrating weddings and other special events. This lovely 68-acre heritage estate is ideally situated, surrounded by beautiful forests and lawns, while still being close to the city centre and its amenities. The many rooms and outdoor spaces allow you to customize your wedding experience and create a day tailored to your specifications. Whether you are dreaming of an outdoor wedding in front of a quaint gazebo, or an elegant indoor ceremony in front of grand windows, the Elsie Perrin Williams Estate is the perfect venue.

Facilities and capacity

Their facilities include both indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for small to medium-sized weddings. The Great Hall can be used for grand indoor ceremonies, and accomodates up to 68 guests. This room has high ceilings, exposed beamwork, a stone fireplace, hardwood floors and a truly grand feature windows. After the ceremony, the room can be transformed into a reception space while your guests are enjoying a cocktail hour. If you choose to invite more of your family and friends, there is ample space on our beautiful grounds for a tent that can accomodate up to 150 people.

Their outdoor patio creates a magical world for cocktail style receptions, as it overlooks a vast lawn and is surrounded by a canopy of trees. For those looking to host their cocktail hour indoors, the Library and the Dining Room are available to host up to 120 guests. They have furnished these rooms with pieces from the original house, creating an atomsphere that takes you back in time. These rooms also offer two fireplaces, large windows, access to the front porch and ample room for guests to sit and socialize, or explore.

The second floor of the estate is designed as a sanctuary for the bride, groom and wedding party. There is a private dressing room with a connected washroom for the groom and his groomsmen, entirely seperate from the bride and her party. This means everyone can make the most of our beautiful estate on the morning of the wedding.

The brides room is a truly special place, with a walk through closet, a large seperate bathroom which she can use throughout the night and several mirrors. There are also large, beautiful windows which allow for gorgeous photos of the 'getting ready' process.

The facilities found at the Elsie Perrin Williams Estate are open year round for events of every kind. This is a truly romantic setting had a unique atmosphere during every season, with colourful leaves in the fall, cozy snowfall in the winter and magnificent gardens which are in bloom from the end of May until the mid Octiber (seasonal).

Mini Wedding Ceremonies and Vow Renewals in 2023

Our new option allows you to select a time slot (between noon & 8 pm), on a weekend we hold our Mini Wedding Ceremonies. These ceremonies are a simple and elegant one-hour celebration that includes: a decorated venue, a licenced officiant, two wedding photographers, flowers for the bridal couple, your choice of music, a sparkling juice toast and delicious wedding favors for your guests, and a rehersal. The prices for these packages start at $2575.00 at the Estate for a group up to 30, with other options to hold up to 60 people.
