About
If you’re seeking ambiance for your wedding, then look no further than The Old Barn On Ann Street, an enchanting venue in historic Shelburne, Nova Scotia. With the peaceful Shelburne Harbour within view, there are several scenic places that can be used for impactful photographs. The venue was originally constructed in the 1700s and used as a sail loft until it was used to house cattle at the turn of the 20th century. The history of Shelburne is literally written all over the walls of the barn! When people first walk into the barn, it always creates chatter, but when they walk upstairs to the loft, there are always audible gasps of, “What a perfect place for a wedding!” We agree.
Due to the rustic nature of the barn, this is a May to October venue. It is not wheelchair accessible.
