We ended up having to use the barn as a last minute resort because of the weather. Janet was so responsive and so eager to help us have the perfect day. The barn was the perfect setting for our wedding of 53 people. It was lovely speaking with Janet during setup to learn the history of the place. Our guests continuously told us how perfect of a spot it was for our wedding. It made the perfect backdrop for photos. We genuinely could not have asked for better.

Janet had my expectations for my special evening at heart. Helpers had brought in a speaker for the evening, Janet was immediately concerned about that speaker being incorporated into my event, becuase she knew exactly my expectations, this made my heart so warm because she knew enough about the vibe-environment-and-expectations without me even realizing how much attention she had paid! that alone was so refreshing!

My concerns that I had with using her space, was my guests leaving the barn being on the house yard(rental neighbour's), I was so worried about disrupting them, but after Janet reasured me that was not a concern to have I was immediately reilived. I loved being able to use the classroom as over flow storage. Clean up was quick, easy, and painless. Getting in and out in regard to locking up and meeting up was a breeze. Absolutely ZERO complaints on my end it was everything I planned and hoped for. So honored!!! Will remember this forever and ever!!

I would also like to add that although only my reception was held at this venue due to planned ocean front ceremony, I had full plans and expectations to move my ceremony in the barn! Rain or shine the day would have been perfect, the space is just to good not to be satisfied. Also this was a very private reception so no pictures were taken while event was happening which was another great feature, you are tucked away but also in the most ideal location for assecibliity to town-ocean-central all the good things.
