We are so happy that we chose WhiteOaks to host our wedding ceremony and reception. Their wedding coordinator, Maria, and her team were super helpful from day 1 of planning and all through the day of our wedding. Their ceremony space is beautiful, and feels well secluded from the rest of the resort. We chose the upper garden studio for our reception as we had approximately 70 guests, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The room was a great size, it offered lots of room for us and our guests but didn't feel too big for the amount of people. The reception space also had a seperate bar space/foyer for cocktail hour and as a slightly quieter space to relax for some guests during the reception once the music started. We chose to do a buffet dinner and the food was perfect! Every single guest told us that they loved not only the quality and taste but the variety that was offered as well. An added bonus for us and a deciding factor was the fact that they are a resort/hotel so we were able to book a wedding block for our guests and completely avoided needing to pay for a shuttle service for guests. We had a handful of family members who came from out of town and stayed the night and they loved the convenience and cleanliness of the hotel.
I highly recommend touring WhiteOaks for any wedding. They have the best customer service, amazing food and a really beautiful property with lots of options for rooms/spaces and packages. -

While looking for all inclusive weddings we came across White Oaks Resort and Spa. Beautiful venue with option for onsite ceremony and added inclusions. Price point was fantastic as well as the bonus feature of hotel rooms being onsite but unfortunately they do host multiple weddings in one day. If that's not a concern when booking your wedding venue, this is a great option! -

Best Wedding Venue
We had our wedding at White Oaks and could not be happier with our experience. Emails were answered promptly for the whole year and a half we worked with them on the wedding. There was a switch in wedding planning staff during our contract with them and they handled all of our questions gracefully and made sure the day we initially planned was still able to happen. On the day of the wedding, staff was still super attentive making sure we were happy and everything was running smoothly. All staff was amazing throughout our whole experience working with White Oaks (Maria, Rocco, etc.) even the bartenders and servers. The cost to have our decent sized wedding here (225 people) was beyond reasonable and the food was amazing. The location was fantastic considering we had a lot of guests coming from out of town so they could stay at White oaks or had many additional hotel options just 1km down the road (Hilton Garden, Staybridge Suites, etc.). The hotel is of course gorgeous (gardens, hotel rooms, event rooms) and we even received a gift from White Oaks in our room on our wedding night. Could not say enough good things about how well run and accommodating this resort/hotel/event space is. -

We got married at White Oaks Resort two months ago, in September 2025, and we honestly couldn't have picked a better venue. The two essentials for an amazing wedding venue is good service and amazing food (and White Oaks blows both out of the park). Our wedding coordinator, Maria Digiovanni, is the most responsive, organized and SWEETEST person. Wedding planning is super stressful but Maria was super patient and answered our (many) questions quickly. Maria ensured our wedding day went smoothly and handled all potential disasters with ease. For example, our wedding cake was damaged in transit but the team at White Oaks redecorated the cake so no one would notice!! Super sweet. The food was also incredible and the serving staff were so so nice!! Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was. The staff also packed up the dinner I didn't get a chance to eat so I could take it home. So thoughtful. Overall, it’s a gorgeous venue, AMAZING staff and excellent food! Big thank you to Maria for all her help ᵕ̈ We can't wait to come back for anniversaries. -

My husband and I got married at the end of June. The outside grounds were all curated extremely well and all the flowers were in bloom. They had just put in a pathway for their outside ceremony location and it really helped to frame the whole ceremony area with a distinct aisle. We had a bright and sunny day for our wedding but there is plenty of shade around the venue so people didn't get too hot and the venue had water stations for guests. The staff was amazing the whole weekend of our stay and wedding day. On site staff and coordinators were checking in with us the whole day and were very accommodating.
It was great that we had our entire wedding all within one spot. We used our suite for getting ready in the morning and the staff helped to bring in more chairs for everyone. The ceremony location and reception areas are in view of each other so everything isn't too far away. We used the outdoor tent for our dinner with around 75 people which fit nicely but would be tighter to go beyond 80-ish. We highly recommend the White Oaks as a wedding venue since everything is on site and you just packed up and went to your suite afterwards so it felt like an extended experience rather than having to leave.White Oaks Resort & Spa's reply:

Fairytale Wedding
Where do I even begin?
Choosing White Oaks Resort and Spa for our wedding venue was the absolute best decision made. The hospitality, the genuineness, the professionalism, the generosity, the beauty, the food…. The list goes on! Our wedding was truly seamless and we owe the deepest thanks & gratitude to White Oaks for that.
Sofiia was our wedding coordinator. She was responsive, kind, honest, professional & truly spectacular at her job.
Our guests had a wonderful experience that well surpassed their expectations.
We will be back annually to celebrate our anniversaries.
Thank you to the concierge staff, thank you to the front desk, the kitchen staff, the housekeepers… everyone!
Our day was completely remarkable.

We had our wedding at White Oaks Resort & Spa this summer, and it was an absolute dream! The venue was stunning and always maintained perfectly. Tara was very professional and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The accommodations were luxurious. Feedback from our guests were nothing but positive especially with the delicious 5 course meal and antipasto station. If you’re looking for a venue that offers elegance, exceptional service, and a magical atmosphere, I would highly recommend! -

It was the most magical day of our lives. From start to finish it went so well. We would highly recommend white oaks! The ceremony was so beautiful, food , decor music. The staff were absolutely amazing and so nice!

Organized and Professional
We had the pleasure of planning our wedding day with Tara at White Oaks. Tara was always great with her responses and always offered assistance whenever we needed it! The venue was perfect for our wedding reception, including the lounge / cocktail area which our guests absolutely loved.
Having the option to stay the night, and having 25 rooms reserved for our guests was greatly appreciated as well. Our family loved staying the night and having the chance to see us again in the morning.
Our guests have been telling us how much they loved the meal that was served for dinner. The positive reviews of the portion sizes and taste are still coming in.
All of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind every step of the way.
Nothing but great things to say about our experience at White Oaks! -
