We just recently had our wedding reception here and stayed over night in the hotel. I cannot rave enough about this place! I had the pleasure of working along side Ayah D. Who helped plan and set up my PERFECT wedding brunch! She went above and beyond for me. I could not have asked for a better coordinator. She was kind, genuine and so flexible! She never made me feel like I was annoying (which we all know brides can be from time to time) every single time I called her she answered the phone full of joy and reassured me through everything. I felt so much confidence working with her and I am already giving recommendations every time I hear the word wedding!
All of my event servers were over the top helpful and filled with joy. They were each wonderful! The event space and overall building was pristine, it was so organized and clean. During our event I rarely even saw a dish on the tables. The outdoor space was gorgeous and full of beautiful flowers and perfectly kept greenery. It was amazing for photos.
Not only were the adults treated like royalty here but every child at our function was treated with upmost respect and kindness.
The hotel staff, the concierge service, restaurant staff (LIV), spa staff and everyone in between were so wonderful. We have already booked our return and plan to celebrate every anniversary at the white oaks.
Many of the guests from our wedding also plan to return for private get aways and future functions.
If you are considering a wedding here, DO IT. You will not be disappointed.

Dream wedding at White Oaks!
Deciding to have our wedding at White Oaks was one of the best decisions of our lives. From our initial search for venues, White Oaks really stood out with how comprehensive the wedding packages are -- they really simplify the planning process into something much more manageable (no wedding planner needed!), by including everything you need - from onsite ceremony in their beautiful gardens, to a delicious customizable menu for appetizers and dinner, to a full open bar (hard to find!), to lodging for our guests - it was all so easy.
Once we decided to book our wedding at White Oaks, we were SO impressed with how helpful the coordinators in the Wedding Office are. Jennica was our coordinator leading up to our wedding, and is the kindest, most helpful, and knowledgable resource we could have ever asked for. She made the planning process so fun, easy, and enjoyable. Both Jennica and Ayah supported us on our actual wedding weekend, and made every event flow incredibly smoothly, and were so helpful with anything we needed.
The hotel and staff itself are also absolutely phenomenal -- I had never been to White Oaks before, but it is now my gold standard for a high-end hotel experience. The staff are beyond helpful, and made each of our guests visiting the wedding and staying at the hotel feel like it was their special day, too!

AMAZING experience with an incredible wedding coordinator and venue!
We were absolutely blown away with our stay at White Oaks. We had a 2-day wedding here and White Oaks hosted us and our guests for the entire weekend from Thursday to Sunday, as well as hosting both our Hindu and Canadian Wedding Ceremonies. The staff was unbelievable, so hospitable, and accommodating. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty! Jennica, wedding coordinator at White Oaks, helped us throughout the whole wedding process as well as across the entire weekend and truly made the experience so memorable. She is such a wonderful and kind person who we are so lucky to have gotten the chance to work with and meet. We are so grateful for all that she did to help make our wedding weekend run so smooth and perfect! We are HUGE White Oaks fans now and will absolutely be back.

Only constructive criticism I have is accounting/finance team - make sure to review your contract/quotes against the actuals/statements/receipts as some things may be missed or double charged.

Fantastic Tour of Venue
The people that work here are amazingly kind. I was so impressed with how considerate they were, as I have a bit of a disability and walk with a cane.
The outdoor ceremony area is beautiful, and only steps away from the garden room which we've booked for our reception. The property is going to be perfect for so many great wedding photos.
I really believe we chose the perfect venue for our BIG day.

From the moment we began planning, Jennica was there every step of the way, meeting with us multiple times throughout the year to ensure that no detail was overlooked. Her expertise and guidance were invaluable in creating the perfect wedding day. The grand ballroom exceeded our expectations and was exactly as we had envisioned it. The entire atmosphere of White Oaks Resort is stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for any couple's special day. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner and bridal shower at White Oaks as well.
The exceptional service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. Each food course at the wedding was delicious, and the venue itself looked breathtaking. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the remarkable service they received. Thank you to Jacob and Achille and their entire staff team for all their hard work. The concierge team went above and beyond to ensure that the wedding party had a seamless and enjoyable weekend, and our guests felt well taken care of. The grounds of White Oaks Resort are breathtaking, and we were able to capture many stunning photos on-site with our photographer.

We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at White Oaks this past September. Although we knew from the start that this was our venue choice, the staff and customer service excellence reinforced our decision. Jennica is amazing at what she does, and made the entire planning process stress free and enjoyable. We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 3 night during our wedding weekend, and were spoiled the whole time. Every single staff member made us feel so special. From the ladies at the spa who made the night-before so relaxing, to the concierge who helped with any questions, to the staff at the front desk who were friendly and courteous. No details were overlooked. The day-of staff made our day run without a hitch, and Carlos in particular made our reception so stress free and seemed to be everywhere at once. All of our guests cannot say enough for the delicious meal, the beautiful ballroom and the amazing wait & bar staff! Thank you for giving us the most magical day of our lives!!

Wedding Dreams
White Oaks and the outdoor garden was what wedding dreams are made of. Jennica was so understanding during the constant fluctuation and amendments that needed to be made throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding. The staff were sweet and attentive and I've heard nothing but the best reviews from our guests. The food was just as amazing the night of the wedding, as it was at our personal tasting, and was efficiently delivered to our 130+ guests. The venue itself needed little decoration to make it beautiful and the hotel was well worth it. To have the venue and accommodations in one location was the biggest plus for us and our guests. We are so appreciative to White Oaks and the exceptional service they provided!
