We had our wedding here in June 2025. It was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding.
Our ceremony was in the beautiful Zen Garden, and our reception was next door in The Gatehouse. The grounds were stunning and we got so many beautiful photos with this location. We had food stations which were so delicious (many compliments from our guests), the bar and serving staff were wonderful. The venue is so bright and is a beautiful blank canvas to make your vision come to life. Any theme fits this venue, and every season it looks beautiful. The spa is so wonderful to calm your nerves the day before, or wind down the day after. It's my go-to spa now. The hotel rooms are stunning and modern. We love coming back here.

We had our wedding at the Gate House this Spring and opted for the Minimomy package for 30 guests. We opted for this because the officiant, photographer, and florist were all included and are trusted vendors. The space was exclusive for our use starting mid morning, which allowed freedom to decorate and speak to the staff ahead of the ceremony. The space was perfect for our small wedding - we got everything we wanted out of a traditional wedding in an intimate but yet very comfortable space.

We worked closely with Courtney ahead of our big day. They’ve held so many weddings here they truly know how to leave no stone unturned. Courtney was able to work with us to address what was important and was very considerate in keeping things within our budget. She was very responsive in helping us finalize details considering she was doing the coordination for other events and weddings too.

The hors d’oeuvres and dinner was beyond amazing. This was the best wedding food we and our guests have ever had - how cool is this to say about your own wedding? The Treadwell staff were so kind and patient with all of our guests. I can’t wait to visit NOTL next so I can enjoy a meal at the Treadwell again.

We stayed at the suites above the Gate House and had a wonderful time. The suites were beautiful and comfortable. The 124 on Queen staff were able to save the block for us without issue.

Overall the Gate House Staff and their trusted vendors did an amazing job in making our dreams a reality. I would recommend The Gate House to anyone looking for a wedding venue at NOTL.

Great venue for those looking for an intimate venue at Niagara-On-The-Lake. We had our wedding on a long weekend and everyone had a good time staying over because there was so much to do there. The food was great, the recommended vendors were amazing and I also want to recommend DJ/Emcee Neil from Cherish Entertainment (416 529 1477), he got the crowd literally jumping with all the fun games and great songs. We’re grateful to the team at 124 on Queen for being a great resource to us throughout the planning, not to mention their amazing hospitality and for a memorable experience. We highly recommend them.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue than The Gate House & 124 Queen Hotel! The staff was an absolute dream to work with—so organized, professional, and attentive to every detail. They made everything run smoothly, which let us fully enjoy our day without any worries.

But let me just rave about the food—wow! It was phenomenal! Our guests are still talking about how amazing everything tasted. From the appetizers to the main course, each dish was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely bursting with flavour. Highly recommend the seafood station and the espresso martinis - true stars of the show. The quality of the food was truly next-level, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Honestly, it was some of the best food we’ve ever had, and it really made the night unforgettable!

We had our wedding on June 1st and we're so glad we chose 124 Queen as our venue. Erin was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the process and Melanie, the venue coordinator, was in close contact with us to help plan and capture all the details for our day. The entire wedding turned out to be so lovely and delightful -- it was an absolute dream!! The space and ambience were beautiful and food was to die for. We felt like royalty as the staff took care of everything we and our guests needed. Thank you to the entire 124 Queen team for keeping us on track and executing all our plans with such professionalism and precision. It was an amazing experience and we highly recommend this venue. We're looking forward to returning for our anniversaries.

We had a wonderful wedding dinner provided by Treadwell cuisine. We chose the lemon and parsley chicken and the short ribs and they were a hit! We had so many compliments about how excellent the food was. Perfect!!

Everything was amazing. The team was easy to work with and always did their best to accommodate our needs and wants. The space looked beautiful and the team took care of everything (even when we had a delay). The food and drink is delicious. Having the hotel rooms above and at 124 were great. Our guests loved being able to tour and be so close to the venue.

Thank you to the staff at the Gate House and a big shout out to Erin and Nichole our wedding coordinators. They really know how to take care of you here, we had so many questions and they were so so kind and left us feeling so calm and excited for our big day after every conversation. They set up and took down our decorations so we didn't have to worry about a thing! Nichole kept checking in on us throughout our wedding day and really made us feel so special. The venue was perfect, our guests danced the entire evening away! With the large windows on the building we would dance to people passing by and they would dance and point back at us. Our guests would take a break from dancing and sit outside but said how they loved feeling that they were still included as you could see the dance floor. Aside from the spectacular venue, phenominal service, fantastic customer service, the wonderful atmosphere and care the staff put into the wedding, the food was out of this world!!! I had so many guests rave about how wonderful the food was, so so delicious!! We wouldn't change a thing. Thank you so much - Evie & Cody
