Miranda was a part of the catering sales manager team at Springhill Suites in Vaughan.
We expressed wishing to get some hotel reservations for our out of town guests and she was accommodating and also suggested a bridal suite for myself and bridal squad to get ready in.
Miranda was attentive and was there to support myself and my groom he especially enjoyed the freshly baked cookies!!!
Words cannot express our deepest gratitude for your diligent care in making sure everything ran smoothly for our big day.
If you are looking to host an event with a lot of out of out of town visitors this is the only place you should choose for diverse accommodations, ample breakfast and vibrant late night lounge

My wife and I booked SpringHill Suites for our wedding. Miranda Roswell was an excellent point of contact and made the reservation process seamless and effortless. Miranda gave my family a tour of the rooms, which are clean and aesthetic, prior to discussing any paperwork. We dropped off welcome bags for our guests last minute and they were flexible and accommodating. I would recommend SpringHill for all couples looking to book a wedding block! Right from the get-go Miranda Rowswell was really responsive on emails! She was the reason why I booked my party block room in Springhill Suites. Wedding Planning can be really stressful but she made it super easy for me! My whole guests who flew from different countries told me that the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The free parking and complimentary breakfast were bonus! Miranda was super helpful throughout the whole process. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient and passionate with her job. She also helped me booked the conference room so my bridesmaids and I can do our makeup and hair with our glam team! She made my whole experience as a bride super memorable! I also want to add that I forgot my white robe that was a gift from my mother-in-law and the cleaners kept it for me! I am very satisfied with this hotel and definitely recommend to everyone!
