I have always loved staying at One King West so we knew we had to tour the venue. As soon as we met Shunell, our venue coordinator, and she took us into the Grand Banking Hall, we knew this is where we had to get married.
One King West is a stunning historical building and the reception space is breathtaking. All of our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the space was. It was also so nice that everything could happen in one place. Also, so many beautiful photo opportunities inside that we were able to have our wedding off season saving our budget! They had day use suites for us to get ready in morning of (I opted to upgrade to 1500 for space for the hair and makeup team which I highly recommend), our ceremony and cocktail hour took place in the Austin Gallery and then we had our reception in the Grand Banking Hall. No running around from location to location making our day and our guests experience stress free.
Speaking of stress free, I can't speak enough praise to Shunell for ensuring that our day was as such. She was our contact person throughout the planning process and venue coordinator for day of. She was so much fun to work with and made sure all of our little requests were executed without a hitch. Her responsiveness was amazing as well as her attention to detail. You could tell how professional she was and how many weddings she had pulled off. All the stress of planning was taken off my shoulders because the venue and Shunell took care of it.
I would not change a thing about our wedding and a large part of that is due to Shunell and the staff at One King West. Thank you so much for making our dream day a reality and we can't wait to come stay with you again.One King West's reply:

A Beautiful Venue for Our Wedding Day
We celebrated our wedding at One King West in the Banking Hall, and the venue was absolutely stunning! The space is elegant, timeless, and provided the most beautiful backdrop for our special day. Everything came together beautifully, and we received so many compliments from our guests about the venue.
A special thank you to Shunell, who was absolutely incredible throughout the planning process. She was organized, attentive, patient, and always willing to answer our many questions. She truly made the planning experience so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful for all of her help.
The Banking Hall is such a unique and breathtaking space, and seeing our wedding vision come to life there was unforgettable. We’re so happy we chose One King West for such an important milestone in our lives! -

We had the most amazing experience hosting our wedding at One King West! From the beautiful historic architecture to the incredible service, everything came together perfectly.
A special thank you to Shunell, who was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. She was always so helpful, responsive, accommodating, and patient with all of our questions, requests, and last-minute details. Having someone so supportive on the venue side made such a difference throughout the planning process.
Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful, and the venue looked even better than we imagined. We had so many guests comment on how gorgeous the space was and how much they loved the atmosphere.
And we have to mention the food — it was AMAZING! We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, and we were so happy with the quality and presentation throughout the evening.
Everything came together seamlessly, and we couldn’t have been happier with how our wedding day turned out. We’re incredibly grateful to the entire One King West team for helping make our wedding so special and would absolutely recommend the venue to other couples! -

Throughout the entire planning process, she was consistently professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. On the wedding day itself, Shunell was an absolute lifesaver. I truly can't put into words how perfect our wedding day was. It was everything my wife and I dreamed of, and none of it would have been possible without Angela. From the day we first toured the venue over two years ago, right through our wedding and even after, she was there every step of the way. She answered every question, handled every detail, and somehow made the entire process feel easy. On the day itself, everything ran flawlessly and we didn't have to worry about a single thing, which let us actually be present and enjoy it. Angela is a fantastic planner and an even better person, and our guests are still raving about the venue. If you're looking for a place to get married, look no further. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue than One King West. From start to finish, the entire experience was incredible and truly brought our vision to life. The venue itself is stunning, the staff were professional, and everything came together seamlessly on our wedding day.
The highlight of our experience was our wedding coordinator, Shunell. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was professional, responsive, flexible, and always willing to accommodate any requests we had. No matter what questions or changes came up, she handled everything with kindness and efficiency, making the planning process so much less stressful.
Shunell also connected us with several excellent vendors, which was incredibly helpful. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond by coordinating vendor arrivals, overseeing the setup, and ensuring everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Knowing she was there gave us complete peace of mind so we could simply enjoy our day.

We couldn't be happier to have had our Wedding at One King West.
First off, the venue itself is gorgeous. It's such a classic and grand space - it was exactly what we were looking for. We loved having access to all the wonderful rooms.
The staff was fantastic. Highly attentive and very quick to respond. On the day of, they were so helpful and quick to make sure everything went smoothly.
It was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made.
