Exchange vows atop the mountain, where panoramic alpine views stretch in every direction—an extraordinary setting for both your ceremony and your wedding photos. Guests arrive in style via gondola, adding a memorable and unique touch to the experience.
Receptions are hosted in the renowned Eagle’s Eye Restaurant, located at 7,700 feet—the highest restaurant in Canada—offering an elevated dining experience to match the setting. Couples and their guests also enjoy access to the Eagle’s Eye Terrace—perfect for cocktails, mingling, and taking in the views.

We got married at this stunning venue in September, and words can't fully express how perfect and special it was. The breathtaking scenery speaks for itself—there truly isn't a more beautiful venue—but what made our wedding unforgettable was the incredible staff.
From the moment we exchanged our first email, Nadija and Marie-Lea were simply amazing. Marie-Lea gave us a tour and helped us through every step of the process. We had a lot of unique requests and a million questions, but they made us feel like we were their only couple, despite how busy they must have been. Honestly, we loved working with Marie-Lea so much, we'd get married here again just to have her help us plan it all over!
On the day of the wedding, the staff went above and beyond. The gondola process was seamless and so well organized, and they made sure everything ran smoothly for our guests. The weather was unpredictable, and the team moved our ceremony indoors and outdoors about five times while we figured out what to do. They even stood outside in freezing sleet to greet our guests with champagne as they arrived via gondola. I wish I could remember the names of every staff member who helped us because they were all unbelievably accommodating. I would love to personally thank each and every one of them!
Beyond the wedding day, the staff helped us tremendously the day before and the day after with setup and takedown. Their support was invaluable in making everything stress-free and perfect.
Overall, this venue exceeded our wildest dreams, and we can't thank the team enough for making our day so special. Thank you to everyone who helped make our wedding perfect!

Dream Come True
Getting married at the top of kicking horse was a dream come true! From the first email sent, to the day of the wedding, all questions were answered promptly and any concerns addressed fairly. The staff at eagles eye went above and beyond (provided my husband with a lint brush day of and even gave us some chalk pens to use on our wooden guest board since our pens were leaking). The food is absolutely amazing and the pictures speak for themselves. If you have the opportunity to get married here, do it, I promise you won’t regret it!

Best Venue Ever!!
Hosting our wedding at Kicking Horse was a dream come true! From start to finish, we could not have been happier with the service, hospitality, responsiveness, attention to detail, flexibility, and organization from the entire Kicking Horse and Eagle's Eye staff, with a special shoutout to Nadja who was integral to making the entire wedding process seamless. The Eagle's Eye venue was spectacular, inside and out, and bent over backwards to make the day exactly what we had envisioned to the tiniest of details. In the strongest terms, we would recommend KHMR as a wedding venue for any almost-newlyweds!

Incredible Venue
Where to begin.. KMHR was truly the most sensational wedding venue, for so many reasons. I should preface this review by saying that I went into this completely blind, I am from the US and never saw the venue or tasted the food until our rehearsal. First - location! What a positively spectacular place. The views of the mountains are unmatched, and the restaurant is the stunning. I literally could not have dreamed up a better spot for my wedding. Two - food! We opted for the buffet and WOW, it was wonderful. Even my extremely picky family members raved about the food. Three - Staff! Rachel and Nadja made the planning process so very easy from start to finish. I kept waiting for the stress to set in, and it never did. Day of we had a few hiccups, and Nadja went above and beyond for us. She was also so super with our guests who wanted to use some of the wedding perks around the resort. Night of, the staff was so kind, helpful and attentive. We also opted to stay on the top of the mountain that night, which I would definitely recommend. The staff were amazing start to finish.

A Dream Wedding Venue
From the moment we were engaged this was the only venue we wanted. It is so incredibly beautiful. We were married at the end of March and the weather that day was incredible. The views were spectacular. We had lots of family travelling from other parts of Canada and the UK and they all said it was the most beautiful setting for a wedding. Nadya and Rachel and the team at the Eagles Eye went above and beyond to make the day go so smoothly. They were so amazing at every part of the planning process and I felt completely confident in them. They helped me to find ways to honour my Dad during the reception and helped us to perfect the menu. They offered tons of advice throughout. The food was incredible as was the service. We stayed up at Eagles Eye for the night and the service the next day was great too.
I would absolutely recommend Eagles Eye for any wedding, such a once in a lifetime special venue.

The most incredible wedding we could have imagined
Kicking Horse Mountain Resort was the perfect location for our dream wedding. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The views from the top of the mountain at Eagle’s Eye were absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception.
The staff at the resort, including the coordinators and restaurant staff, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Rachel and Nadja, especially, made the planning and execution of our big day a breeze. They were attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. They were friendly, professional and made sure that everything was executed perfectly.
One of the highlights of the venue was the food, which was absolutely delicious. Our guests raved about the meal and we were so pleased with the quality of the food and service. The restaurant staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure that every detail was taken care of.
The accommodations at the resort were also amazing. Our guests were able to stay on-site and enjoy all the amenities the resort had to offer, including the outdoor hot tubs with a view of the mountain.
Overall, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort was an incredible location for our wedding. The staff, views, food, and accommodations were all top-notch and we couldn't be happier with our choice. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a unique and beautiful mountaintop wedding.

Dream Mountain Wedding
From start to finish, this venue did not disappoint. Nadja and Rachel were our primary contacts during the wedding planning process and they were both very responsive, professional, and very helpful with all the questions that we had leading up to the big day. The venue is very transparent with costs and provide a detailed breakdown of pricing. They are also very accommodating with any special requests (such as dietary needs, alcoholic beverages, food/drinks throughout the day, decorations, set up, etc.). The staff at the Eagles eye are amazing, especially Mark. Mark made sure everything was perfect the day of the wedding, from providing food to the wedding party during the day, to helping me with my dress before walking down the aisle, to gathering and taking down all the decorations at the end of the night - he was awesome and ensured that everything went smoothly! The servers and bartenders were also very attentive and helpful throughout the night and the food was amazing!!! I also recommend the food tasting a month before as it really helped solidify how the day would flow and any last minute details that might need to be sorted out before the big day. I can honestly say that this was the wedding of my dreams and I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for a mountain wedding!

Dream wedding on top of a mountain
We had our wedding at Eagle's Eye restaurant at Kicking Horse resort in July 2022, and have nothing but glowing reviews for the team, organization, service, and the VIEWS! And considering the incredible location, we felt that the value was well worthwhile. We would happily recommend this venue and team to any couple!
