  A dream come true!

  
  We got married at Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre on Saturday, July 22, 2023 and I can’t recommend it enough. We had a wonderful experience from planning to executing our wedding ceremony and reception. The venue was stunning and the staff provided excellent service. Our guests raved about the food and the grounds.
  
  Laura Bartel was our wedding coordinator and she was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this venue along with Laura to anyone looking to plan a wedding. Her experience with wedding planning, knowledge of catering, menu selections and pairing options for the meal choices were very helpful to our planning process. She responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns.
  
  We have been getting non-stop compliments about how amazing the wedding was and how much fun they had. Can’t thank Laura and the team at Ivey Spencer enough!

  Good Food :)

  I had my wedding at Ivey Spencer and they were great. The food was amazing, and the space was so large. We really enjoyed having 2 rooms to use so that people could mingle and dance depending on what they wanted. Note they do do alot of weddings and events, so you may not have access to decorate your room until 2pm day of. We didn't know what time we'd have access to the room until the week before the wedding, which made things a little stressful. The rooms were great though, and the guests all had a great time.

  I had my wedding at Ivey Spencer and they were great. The food was amazing, and the space was so large.   Beautiful... but expensive

  It was a beautiful wedding! So many picture opportunities! It was fun and planning was easy! Changing last minute details was no problem! Everything was taken care of and well organized. But We also got slapped with a surprise $1000 charge after the wedding. Not sure if i would recommend

  Get Married Here!

  I got married at Ivey Spencer June 11, 2022, and it was literally picture perfect. The ground were perfectly manicured and maintained, the outdoor tent was grand and classic and the staff, on all levels, were truly fantastic. Laura Bartel was a lifesaver and the best wedding coordinator you could ever ask for. We booked our wedding pre-COVID and so had to deal with a rescheduling and all the uncertainties that came along with it, but with Ivey I didn't have to worry about if our big day was still going to be as we imagined it. I truly cannot think of a negative thing to say about this beautiful venue. If you're considering it, I say you should go for it 100%!

  Loved every second

  We did our wedding dec 12 and it was an orange zone in Covid. The venue was very understanding of us wanting to get married on that day even with restrictions. They dealt with the changes as they came. They made sure that all of our guests were going to be safe as well as their staff members. We had tables separated by household as well as the ceremony was set up in sections so people were 6feet apart when they were not in the same house. They made it work where my husband and I didn’t have to wear masks when we did our vows and we only wore them walking up and down the aisle. This was so appreciated by both of us. The planner Lina was willing and able to talk to me at any time of the day and was always trying to make things work in our favour so we would have the best experience under such uncertain times. The staff were friendly and the food was incredible. I’ve had many compliments about the venue and food and even though our wedding was only 4 hours long from start to finish it was the best time for us and our guests.

  Delicious Food and Beautiful Venue

  We had a great experience planning our wedding reception at the Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre. Caitlin and the staff were easy to work with and very accommodating of all our needs and preferences. The venue layout was perfect - there's lots of space for people to move around and you don't feel confined to one crowded room. We were also very impressed with the quality of food at Ivey Spencer. We received numerous compliments from our guests and we enjoyed the food very much! We would definitely recommend Ivey Spencer for weddings.

  Amazing Wedding Venue

  Ivey Spencer is a magical place to get married. There are so many beautiful places to have your photos taken inside and outside the venue. Our wedding photos turned out beautifully. We looked at many venues and the food at Ivey Spencer is the best of all the locations in terms of quality and taste. Working with Caitlin was a dream and she made the planning process so much easier and less stressful for us and she was very helpful the day of our wedding. They are so flexible to make your day extra special. Many guests complimented the venue and the food. We couldn't have chosen a better place to get married!

  Doing my wedding with IVEY SPENCER BUILDING was a smooth sailing right from the beginning. What you're paying for is not only the absolutely stunning place inside and out. You have security if it rains, the convenience of having everything at one place and the full service not only from Caitlin but from the whole staff. I got ready here my husband got ready here, we had the ceremony outside and the reception inside with the fantastic menu, dancing drinks and late night food. Most of our guests stayed the night making it safe for them to indulge as they pleased.
  This place was on the higher end of the venue's we looked at but the idea of having everything set up for us, the excellent customer service they provided, and the full service from start to finish made my wedding 10x better that I didn't have to worry about anything.
  80 guests open bar soup to start steak n lobster creme brulee 5 different passed apps and late night sliders.

  Best venue decision for our best day ever.

  My husband and I got married in June 2019 and we had wanted the Ivey Spencer Centre to be our venue as soon as we had started talking about getting married.
  When I first contacted Caitlin to see what dates they had available she was so quick to respond with times she had open to meet with us. From the first meeting we were so excited for our day to come!
  The day of our wedding everything went so smooth it still feels like a dream. Caitlin took away all the stress people told me I would have as a Bride, and it was the easiest process leading up to the best day of our lives.
  We would recommend Caitlin and Ivey Spencer to anyone who would be looking for a smooth process, a hotel on site for guests and a BEAUTIFUL inside and\or outside spot to get married.

  Poor Professionalism - Do NOT book Wedding with

  Absolutely disgusted with how the Ivey Spencer Centre handled my wedding. My fiancé and I booked a block of rooms with this hotel over 8 months before our wedding. Once our invitations had gone out, guests had trouble booking a room online, as they were told the reservation was blocked/cancelled. The Ivey Spencer Centre failed to reach out to us and inform us they would be cancelling our block of rooms. Instead, my fiancé and I had to call, were told that there was an "inventory adjustment" that needed to be made and we no longer were able to reserve rooms with them (finding all of this out 2 months before our wedding). How do you operate a business with these skills? I am ashamed we even considered this location as a hotel for our guests. The lack of common curtesy professionalism and communication has me very disappointed. I will never recommend the Ivey Spencer Centre to anyone.
