A Dream Come True
Everything was perfect. Maria is an angel. All the waitstaff, bar staff, hotel staff are so amazing and super attentive! The renovations throughout the hotel are beautiful and so well thought out! Our day wouldn’t have gone so smoothly without everyone! 10/10 all around. -

Maria (Wedding Co-ordinator) with Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites St. Catharines is the best you could ask for. Maria answered any questions I had and made suggestions as well that were spot on. Maria went out of way to ensure we were satisfied - Maria you are the best!!! Newly renovated hotel was
so nice and it's beautiful. Rehearsal was on the Friday night and went bowling afterwards we had a blast. Saturday's Wedding Ceremony and Reception being held at the same venue was EXCELLENT we found it so easy to transition from one place to another - Mother of the Bride had minimum stress level. The food was tasty, hot and delicious, to the wait staff especially Cathy you treated us like "family". To the Porters Kyle and Austin - thank you for humouring Mother of the Bride; to Luna the bartender thanks for the laughs and great to see you again! Jon the General Manager and Maddie Banquet Manager onsite that evening - thank you!! The rooms were clean and renovated and the "beds" were so comfortable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites St. Catharines. -

We ended up booking a meeting room (Chardonnay Room) and our wedding block. The suite rooms were good quality and photogenic for getting ready. It worked out well for our wedding. The rates were competitive and it was an easy process to book. Added bonus they offered a partnership for transportation which took one more task off my list.
The couple, half of wedding party and some family stayed night before. Went to dine at restaurant, they were able to accommodate us with little notice and the service was great.
Only cons was that there was a hockey team staying who were consistently knocking at the doors night before. Most of rooms were near each other, but a few who booked early ended up with older rooms on the first floor near the high traffic elevators. Also elevators were quite slow. Did also feel quite underwhelming when communicating with staff during stay - didn't feel like we were the newlyweds or any sort of excitement from them.
Maria was fantastic at booking in the Chardonnay Room - it was affordable and key in us managing bride and groom being married at same space.
Kim was super helpful in getting wedding block and transportation sorted. -

I've been at multiple events at the Holiday Inn and Maria, James, and all the staff are so kind and helpful! The recent renovations have elevated this space to a new level. Kylee & Stephens wedding was so gorgeous, highly recommend this Holiday Inn! -

Maria was on top of things here!
Leading up to the wedding Maria was great with any changes that were being made(within reason) and could accommodate what was asked for.
The day of the wedding, she was on top of every detail that was discussed with myself and the couple that were married. She was keeping up with the other departments to make sure that everything was accurate.
The reception went off without a hitch and the couple could not have been happier.

We had our wedding held at the Holiday Inn. The staff were so helpful and were absolutely great they made the night run smoothly.
Everything from the decor to the food was spot on.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for an indoor wedding to check out the holiday inn -

We had an exceptional experience at the
Holiday Inn Suites for our very special day. Maria Warden took such amazing care of us through the entire process. She was professional, helpful, gave great suggestions, and was very attentive to all details. The day went off perfectly. Everything looked beautiful and classy. Maria was there to help through the day. She is truly such a warm and caring person. I couldn’t imagine the day without her help.
The food was amazing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and the chef really did a great job.
I highly recommend this venue as it is beautiful, accommodating, and professional.

Maria our corrodinater was amazing. She was extremely helpful and gave us all the advice we could need when it came to timelines and decor. We had a great experience with this venue. The overall result was beautiful and we would recommend this venue to others getting married. -

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at the Holiday Inn in May of 2022 and it was such an amazing day. We wanted a location where our guests didn't have to travel between ceremony and reception, and we wanted a wedding package that didn't require much work from us. The Holiday Inn, by far, offered the best wedding package prices compared to other locations we looked at and the Holiday Inn had various wedding packages to choose from! We chose the highest package for our wedding and it went above and beyond our expectations. The ceremony and reception were held in two different, but wonderful, rooms. They were flexible with allowing us to come early to decorate the reception room and they decorated the ceremony room perfectly. The wedding coordinator and hotel manager were very attentive to what our wants and needs were and they were very easy to talk to. The meal was excellent and we received many compliments on it! The only major things we had to provide/find/worry about for our special day were: cake decorator, florist, DJ and photographer. The Holiday Inn pretty much covered everything else. On top of that, there were many extra bonuses to having our wedding there, such as, discounted rates for our guests if they stayed the night, a complimentary jacuzzi suite for my husband and I, complimentary cake cutting and much more! One other added reason we chose the Holiday Inn had to do with our dog. Our dog was our ring bearer and we needed a location that was pet friendly. The Holiday Inn went above and beyond in order to have our dog be apart of our special day. Stress free for me... best day of my life so far.
