Experience the service and hospitality of a Four Diamond, All-suite hotel. Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa is an iconic landmark in the city of Markham and host to many celebrated events.

As you enter the main hotel entrance, you will be greeted with a soaring 10 storey marble lobby with floor to ceiling windows. The winding marble staircases on each side of the lobby with natural lighting makes for a popular spot to capture the bride and grooms “first look”. Outdoor Zen Garden surrounded by greenery and a pond also offers the perfect and natural backdrop for photos.

Our wedding packages feature western, Chinese, South Asian and kosher menus. Customizable menus and professional wedding consultants makes planning simple. We look forward to being a part of your celebrations.

Facilities and Capacity

Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites features two elegant ballrooms accommodating intimate and grand celebrations up to 1,000 guests. With 45,000 sq. ft of total event space, we can host your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, tea ceremony, wedding ceremony and reception indoors or outdoor in the Zen Garden weather permitting.

Special suites rates are available for all wedding guests. Each suite features a separate living room with queen sofa bed, marble bathroom and bedroom with king or two double beds. Larger, accessible and kitchen suites also available. Our two-room bedroom suite is a popular location for the bridal or groom party to get ready featuring a king bedroom, two double bedroom, two full bathrooms, living room and dining area.

My Dream Bridal Shower Became a Reality at the Hilton

From the moment we began planning for my bridal shower, Joyti was a dream to work with. I began planning my bridal shower in August 2019, to be held in December 2019. My wedding will be overseas, therefore I was planning to throw a large shower in Toronto before leaving, for those who could not attend my actual wedding. After visiting around 4 venues and contacting many vendors, we were not satisfied with any options. Yet after contacting the Hilton Hotel Suites in Markham, and immediately after visiting the Hilton and meeting with Joyti, I knew this would be the perfect place. The level of professionalism and ease of communication with Joyti made my life planning a lot easier. She offered amazing insight, from food decisions, to floor plans and seating arrangement, and even centrepieces. She was patient and flexible with us, constantly following up promptly with our meetings and making sure I was getting the best value and experience. She even gave us a complimentary night at the hotel. At the shower itself, the service was impeccable, and the food buffet had all the guests raving. Everything was done exactly as I had wanted, and for small mishaps during the shower, Joyti was there immediately to help. She even noticed I was overwhelmed and not eating properly, and came over to the table with a yummy plate! Overall, this experience with the Hilton Hotel and with Joyti could not be matched, and made my dream bridal shower a reality.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Debby Lam for her invaluable assistance in planning our wedding. The ballroom was stunningly beautiful and incredibly spacious, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel staff were all incredibly kind and accommodating, which truly made our wedding day all the more special. Hilton went above and beyond to provide us with additional services, such as allowing us access to a meeting room to store our decorations and helping us with the tea ceremony. All of these thoughtful touches made our wedding day much less stressful and allowed us to fully enjoy our celebration. We are so grateful to have had Debby as our Hilton contact person and for the privilege of hosting our wedding reception at the Hilton Hotel.

excellent vendor serving evrything that you need

if you want to choose one of the best place for your wedding near the markham and scarborough area, do not heastaite hilton markham suite conference centre&spa, they re serving pretty much everything you need, brilliant location, adorable price, Various types of food form all over the world. the wedding manager joyti is super friendly and helped us a lot through all the wedding. i would like to say thank you so much and i recommend people choose hilton as your wedding wendor!

Expectations Exceeded at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites

When we were searching for venues, the Hilton Toronto/Markham was our first stop, of many. Our vision for our day was one of which all of the details could be taken care of by as few vendors as possible, in order to alleviate stress during wedding planning and leading up to our day. We were also looking for an intimate venue that could host our large number of guests - something that can be tricky to find. We ended up choosing the Hilton and couldn't have been more pleased. From our initial meeting to the days following our wedding, the Hilton staff made us feel like what we wanted could be accomplished. We were able to make a large banquet hall feel cozy, our guests were treated to the very best food (not your average banquet meal, by far!) and the flexibility, kindness and professionalism of the staff was incredible! Joyti, our main point of contact, answered question after question with patience and knowledge. She was there on our wedding day to make sure that everything went smoothly and was able to offer suggestions during the entire process. We are so grateful for Joyti's role in one of our most special days. The value of the wedding package was the best of all of our other venue comparisons and we believe that it became even more valuable as our day got closer and the staff at the Hilton accommodated all of our requests. Our day was fun, classy, organized and entirely stress-free. We are so happy that we chose the Hilton to begin this next chapter in our relationship.

Amazing service

Joyti was so helpful with out ceremony planning at the hilton markham. She was prompt with responses, immediately returned calls and she was always available when i called her extension.
Ive never had a more carefree interaction with a venue , and the fact that this one was for my wedding made it even more a reason to recommend. I have no complaints what so ever about this location and highly recommend holding events at this location!

Gorgeous hotel with spacious rooms, makes a great venue

We had our wedding ceremony at the Hilton Toronto/Markham. We were captivated by the marble walls and outdoor garden. The rooms were really nice and the staff were friendly. Nellie accommodated our every need! AV equipment rental was pricey (it's outsourced), other than that, no complaints!

Chinese wedding reception Sep 2017

Lorraine was great to work with! She was very responsive in answering my emails and questions and coordinating all the details of our wedding reception. She worked very closely with the Chinese caterer (Rovey) and the whole planning process went very smoothly! We found other venues were pushy in their sales tactics and really put a price tag on every single thing but with Lorraine, she was very patient and didn't rush us in our decision making and accomodated our requests. We enjoyed working with her and really appreciated all her help! The venue was a nice and open space with high ceilings which made it feel open and not cramped. Everything was well spaced out and our guests had a lot of room the move around. The were another wedding in the lower level in their smaller ballroom and there was some confusion between our guests and their guests. There were signs around directing guests but maybe more signs were needed to make it easier. Overall the reception ran smoothly with no hiccups and the head waiter servicing the head table was amazing and very experienced with working weddings - he was great! The wedding package included a one-night stay at the hotel which was very convenient after a long day! We also ended up getting hotel rooms for our wedding party which they appreciated a lot!

The food was excellent. Some of the server wasn't train well. The food and drink are a bit on the pricey side and some extra fee will apply. The Zen garden are very pretty, but no clear direction of where the guest goes. The manager and organizer are ver responsive and checked out on the day of the wedding.

The interaction with Lorraine Shum from Day 1 was excellent. I was able to discuss various price options and scenarios with her, without judgement. The wait staff during the reception was also exceptional. Kudos to the Hilton

Very positive

Joyti, our contact at the hotel, was wonderful. We had a number of special requests, and she was able to accommodate all of them. She was quick to reply to my emails and phone messages, and was always both warm and professional. I truly believed that she wanted our wedding to be perfect for us. The waitresses were great, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this venue.
