  We were blown away

  The Fairmont went above and beyond to make our entire booking block feel welcome and comfortable. My husband and I did our first look in the oval room there and they made sure everything was set up for us. We also had the pleasure of getting ready in two of their heritage suites which are absolutely amazing. The service was impeccable and we can’t recommend them highly enough. We will definitely be returning. There was not one downside to booking our wedding accommodations at the Fairmont Palliser.

  Dreams do come true!

  Wowowowow! The Fairmont team went above and beyond. Such an incredible experience and we still have guests talking about how timely and exquisite the food, service and venue was. Extremely happy we decided to go with the Fairmont as our wedding venue. Nicole and her team are outstanding!!!

  A lovely experience

  Wedding planning begins with picking your venue! But the process to get there can be a long one with a lot of back and forths especially as questions arise from the couple when securing the contract. We were so lucky to have Nicole, wedding/ event coordinator at Palliser Calgary, be so patient with us, incredibly resourceful, and timely with her responses. We were so lucky to have Nicole, wedding/ event coordinator at Palliser Calgary, be so patient with us, incredibly resourceful, and timely with her responses. Nicole started about a year ago, yet she is incredibly knowledgeable and whenever we asked something she didn’t know, she promptly sought the answer for us.
  Nicole and the Palliser team were very flexible in their schedules with us when it came to meetings and food tasting. Our food tasting was such a wonderful experience- from the tasty food to finalizing wedding details, it was an incredibly efficient evening.
  Nicole is the middle man when it comes to weddings/events at Palliser. Leading up to and on the day of our wedding, our vendors were in contact with Nicole for various details (loading bay, balcony access, palliser’s decor, change in floor plan, etc). She is very busy with many many events throughout the year but she is very organized and knows the ins and outs of your wedding details and does it all very happily.
  Overall the Palliser wedding/ events team is incredibly professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with! You can rest easy knowing that the result will be beautiful and their aim is for you to have a seamless enjoyable process along the way.

  Wedding at the Palliser Fairmont Calgary

  We had about 2 weeks to plan our wedding. I contacted Nicole at the Palliser and she took it from there! She was quick to respond, positive, provided fantastic rooms, a florist and makeup artist. She took on all the planning we had to do! On the day of our wedding, Nicole came to see me to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel also surprised us with a chocolate heart cake and a bottle of champagne on the day of our wedding. The service was impeccable-anything we required it was there immediately. I would highly recommend this hotel, and Nicole, for any event you have to plan. Nicole made our day so special and helped to alleviate any stress we had. I can't thank the Palliser enough for making our day so special. Thank You.

  Happy Overall

  The Palliser is known for their old school service and attention to detail. Overall our day was beautiful and I got to feel like royalty the whole time.
  
  We had a few minor issues but overall it was a beautiful day. Our daughter did not receive her child’s meal during dinner service, they “lost” our left over candy from the candy bar and charged me for mini bar items from my room that I did not use.
  
  Despite the issues the day went off without a hitch and they do a great job of thinking of all the little details.

  Excellent place to wedding

  Excellent support provided by Michelle and Gail and their staff in organizing and hosting Saad & Shania's Walima/ post Wedding Event on Saturday August 18, 2020. We can't say enough about the location, the atmosphere, and of course the food. It was a wonderful experience! I must say that Fairmont Pallister did a phenomenal job organizing our event. Everyone had a fun blast! and still talking about how wonderful food and organized evening was and truly being treated as royalty by Palliser!
  We can only imagine what a huge effort it took for Michelle, Gail and their team to make our event wonderful in every way in today's unpredictable time.

  It was like having an event back home. Hassle free, full of positivity and humble some.

  If I get another chance I would have another event with Michele. She’s really an amazing person with all her ears and heart. Seemed liked I was the only one mattered to her... we were so honored! The place is so positive, warm and welcoming!
