Where do we even begin? Our wedding at Elora Mill was everything we dreamed of and so much more. From the very first planning meeting to the moment we checked out, every single person on the team made us feel so cared for.
A special thank you to Bobbie, who was such a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. She made everything feel easy, organized, and exciting. And then there was our day-of coordinator, Jordan. Calling her a coordinator doesn't even do her justice—she felt more like a best friend who happened to be there for every single thing we needed. Whether it was keeping our Prosecco glasses topped up, running to our room to grab my socks and sneakers, or sharing laughs with us the next morning when we happened to run into her outside the venue, she was simply incredible. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine excitement for us made all the difference.
One of our favourite moments perfectly sums up the Elora Mill experience: at one point during the planning process, we jokingly mentioned how funny it would be to have a llama at our wedding. When we returned to our suite that night, there was a framed photo of a bride-and-groom llama waiting for us beside a bottle of champagne. It was such a thoughtful, hilarious surprise and showed us that this team doesn't just listen—they truly care about creating unforgettable moments.
The food deserves its own standing ovation. Every course tasted like it belonged in a Michelin-starred restaurant, and as a gluten-free bride, I have to mention the gluten-free rolls—they were honestly the best I've ever had. The team even packed up an extra dozen for me to take home, which was such an unexpected and appreciated gesture.
The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. We were married in the Grand Room, and having access to the patio throughout the evening was the perfect addition to an already stunning space. Everything flowed seamlessly from one part of the day to the next.
They also embraced one of our more unique requests: swapping the traditional late-night snack for a full-service gourmet hot dog bar. They made it happen without hesitation, and by the end of the night, the staff were even wearing our custom hot dog merch, fully embracing the fun with us. It perfectly captured the spirit of the day.
The biggest compliment we received all weekend was that it was the most seamless wedding our guests had ever attended. They couldn't stop talking about how exceptional the staff were and how every detail felt effortless. While we'd love to take some credit, the truth is that Elora Mill and its incredible team made that happen.
To everyone at Elora Mill, thank you. Thank you for your kindness, your attention to detail, your flexibility, your sense of humour, and for making us feel like the only wedding that mattered. You gave us memories that we'll cherish for the rest of our lives, and we will forever be grateful.

Our wedding at Elora Mill exceeded every expectation. The entire experience was incredible from start to finish, and truly felt like amazing value for what we received. The team was flexible, transparent, and so easy to work with when it came to planning within our budget, always providing thoughtful options and guidance along the way.
A special thank you to Amie, who was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. She was organized, knowledgeable, and helped guide every detail of our day so smoothly that we were able to relax and enjoy every moment.
The professionalism, attentiveness, and level of service from the entire team was honestly some of the best we have ever experienced. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel taken care of.

We had our wedding at Elora Mill this April, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, the historic charm, stunning views, and beautiful spaces created the perfect backdrop for our special day.
What really set Elora Mill apart was the exceptional service. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day perfect. Their attention to detail was incredible, and they thought of everything before we even had to ask. Bobbie took care of us from the moment we visited the venue all the way to the wedding day. We also had the most incredible concierge, Sam. She made sure our day ran smoothly and truly allowed us to enjoy every moment.
All the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment with our family and friends. The level of organization, hospitality, and care exceeded all of our expectations.
We received countless compliments from our guests about the beauty of the venue and the outstanding experience they had. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding. Thank you to the entire Elora Mill team for helping create memories that we will cherish forever. We would highly recommend Elora Mill to anyone looking for a truly exceptional wedding venue. -

The perfect wedding venue!
We recently got married at the Elora Mill and Spa, and "exceptional" doesn't even begin to cover our experience. From the very beginning of the planning process all the way through to the final moments of our wedding day, the entire team was an absolute dream to work with.
The spaces themselves are completely breathtaking—the perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. Every single corner of the property is stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for our celebration.
What truly sets Elora Mill apart, however, is their impeccable attention to detail. The coordination was seamless, the execution on the day of was flawless, and the staff anticipated our every need before we even had to ask. They made us, and our guests, feel incredibly well taken care of. We cannot thank the team enough for making our wedding day so perfect and special! -

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about the Elora Mill team and how amazing our wedding was. From our very first meeting to our wedding day, everything was seamless, thoughtful, organized, and genuinely exceptional. The team went above and beyond in every possible way and thought of details we never even would have considered ourselves.
Our guests are still reaching out to tell us how beautiful the wedding was, how incredible the food and drinks were, and how smoothly the entire day flowed. The coordination between the ceremony, hotel, and events team was flawless, which allowed us to fully enjoy every moment stress-free.
Thank you to the entire Elora Mill team for making our wedding day so special and unforgettable. You can truly feel the passion and care that goes into everything they do.
We also had an incredible experience at the spa during our stay. It was not our first visit to Elora Mill and it definitely will not be our last.

The Best Day of Our Lives thanks to Elora Mill
The Elora Mill was the wedding venue of our dreams in every possible sense. From the moment we started planning our wedding Bobbie and her staff were incredible, they responded to every one of our emails/questions so quickly and were incredibly organized and our tasting experience and rehearsal were phenomenal.
The accommodations at the James Ross house for the night before and of our wedding were absolutely perfect and the staff went out of their way to add so many special touches.
Our wedding day was flawless, every part of the execution was done perfectly; from the set up, to the staff keeping guests moving into the chapel on time, to finding our missing wedding cake that was delivered to the wrong venue, they took care of everything. Dinner was incredible and the bar was fantastic.
The cherry on top of the day was Eva who was our concierge for the day. From carrying around my train and veil, keeping me warm during pictures with a shawl she had waiting, making sure we always had a drink in hand or snacks when needed, or making sure we were on track for our timeline, we couldn't have imagined how much we needed her there on our wedding day.
So many of our guests told us that our wedding was the best they had ever been to, if you're looking for an elevated, classic, beautiful day, Elora will absolutely deliver. We couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else and we can't recommend it highly enough. -

Elora Wedding experience- THE BEST!
We had the most incredible experience working with the Elora Mill and their dream team for our wedding! We worked closely with Bobbie- who was absolutely amazing and phenomenal at what she does. She made every step of the planning process effortless and fun! She answered my million emails and questions and made us feel so confident and excited about our big day at their venue. We also had Eva for our day of concierge and she was also so so wonderful! She was with us for the entire day and managed our day of events so flawlessly. We did not have to think of anything, she had it covered! We also had the pleasure to meet Jason and Michelle!! All the staff at the Elora Mill were just phenomenal and executed our day so perfectly. We could not have dreamed of a better more perfect wedding. If you’re thinking of planning your wedding with the Elora Mill- do it!! You’ll be so happy you did!! We cannot say enough great things about them! Happy planning! -

December Wedding!
Elora Mill, we have absolutely no words. From the moment we came in and met Bobbie, we knew this was definitely the place we were going to get married. She was kind, caring and very helpful to make our dreams a reality. She took the stress out of every detail and made our experience so fun!! Everything was a 10/10 from planning to execution and obviously the Elora Mill is the most breathtaking wedding destination!! We couldn’t have asked for a better day, we wish we could do it all over again!❤️❤️

Still swooning over our Elora Mill Wedding!
We got married in September 2025 and cannot say enough amazing things about Elora Mill. From the very first time we toured the space up until the day of our wedding, they exceeded our expectations and helped us curate the most beautiful and memorable day.
Our dedicated consultant was responsive and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was perfect. They were so helpful throughout the process and helped ease so much of our stress. Some might be concerned that 2 weddings take place on the same day but the team does an amazing job of spacing things out - you will truly feel like the only wedding happening that day is yours.
On our wedding day, our concierge, Tyson, was absolutely outstanding. He anticipated our needs and made the entire experience feel effortless and magical. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish.
Elora Mill is a beautiful venue overall, 10/10. The level of service (you and your guests will feel like you're at a five star luxury restaurant, seriously), the stunning atmosphere, and the exceptional food and drinks left our guests raving.
If you’re looking for a stunning venue that will deliver on all fronts, definitely consider Elora Mill!
