This venue offers numerous event spaces to help make couples’ wedding visions realities. For intimate ceremonies, they have the Midnapore Room, which can accommodate up to 100 people and has expansive windows that face west. If you require a larger space to say “I do,” you may avail of the Sundance Ballroom, which can host celebrations with up to 300 guests. It also includes large windows in addition to dimmable lighting to suit whatever atmosphere your special day calls for. Couples are able to hold their receptions as well in the Sundance Ballroom, accommodating up to 440 guests for dinner. The Bridlewood Room is ideal for smaller receptions, with space for up to 100 of your loved ones.

Wedding review

Everything at the Deerfoot inn & casino was great. From beginning to end, they took care of every detail. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to have an elegant wedding at a fair price.

Fantastic place for a wedding

Our guests were so pleased with everything about this venue. They had so much fun and the team was so easy to work with. Prompt to answer any questions we had with the planning and actual event the day of. We highly recommend having a wedding here. You won't be disappointed.

Hembrow Wedding 2022

The venue at the Deerfoot inn is absolutely stunning. Everyone who works there is great to deal with and the coordinator Maddie is very responsive! The food was delicious and all of our guests were very happy with it.
If we had to have a complaint I would say that the coordination could be a little more organized, there were a couple of times we had to request changes and fixes that we had already asked and we did tell them multiple times what my husbands allergies were for the dinner and the day of they put all of the entire wedding guests allergies on just his list, if it wasn’t for our personal coordinators we would have had to deal with that ourselves on our wedding day. Other than those small things, we were overall happy with the turn out and the Deerfoot inn really makes you feel welcome

Great Venue, not so great coordinator

Loved the venue and most staff was amazing… however if you go here be aware that Maddie is hard to deal with, makes a lot of mistakes and doesn’t forward information off to the day of staff members. In my opinion if I didn’t have to deal with her 5 stars! The venue it’s self was so lovely, absolute stunning and Tony (catering) was amazing minus a few dietary hiccups (I couldn’t eat anything but fruit for dessert). Recommend but be prepared.

Buffet Wedding

The staff were great, the food was good and we had a wonderful wedding! Madeline Torres was our event coordinator and she was very sweet, we enjoyed and appreciated her kindness and understanding.

Amazing experience all around

I am so glad we went with the Deerfoot Inn as our venue. Madeline was great to work with, and was very on top of making sure that we had the best day ever. Our guests were over the moon with the food and service. The hotel even took care of each of my family members to make sure the day went smoothly for them.

Loved the size of the ballroom for 200 people

We had our wedding with 200 guests and we loved that the ballroom was centered and the dance floor was huge. They did an amazing job with the Floorplan and it was exactly what we expected. The cheesecake we got for dessert was amazing and everyone loved it!! The only thing that we did not really enjoy was the entrees the day of the wedding I had to send my plate and we received complaints from our guests as it was not the way it was when we did our tasting.

My husband and I decided to have our wedding reception at the Deerfoot Inn and Casino as we love the atmosphere and amenities, as well, the opportunity for our guests to make a weekend of it. I was put in touch with Carlene to handle all of the details and I couldn't have been more impressed with her professionalism and ability to help determine size of room required and food choices that best suited our celebration. She bent over backwards to make our day special, and we couldn't be happier! The he day of our celebration went off without a hitch, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were great to work with and made everything go very smooth! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who needs to host an event or a wedding, as my husband and I are so happy that we chose to work with Carlene and The Deerfoot Inn and Casino to host our special day.

We loved the location and the arrangement in the hall.. Fabulous and the staff were warm. The setup was as per our expectations and the event went off very well. My guests loved the accommodation too. The hall was well lit and so all the photographs came beautiful. Thanks!
