  Couldn’t have asked for a better day!

  The Carriage House staff is incredible. After my wedding I received nothing but compliments about the food, service and amazing hospitality from my guests that stayed at the hotel.
  The whole team will do everything to make your day special and to fit your needs!
  They have an in-house bakery which we used for our wedding cake and it was amazing! Just another plus!

  Amazing venue

  I can’t say enough great things about The Carriage House! They went above and beyond for us and made sure our day was perfect. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly and we couldn’t have chosen a better venue. We are so happy how the day turned out. Thanks so much:)

  Can't Say Enough Good Things!

  We cannot say enough good things about the Carriage House Inn! We are so happy that we used them as the location for our wedding reception. We were very impressed right from the get go. They were very prompt and detailed in answering our questions which allowed us to make a decision to use them as our wedding reception venue. We did have a change in Catering Manager in the middle of our planning which can always be a bit stressful, however the Carriage House went out of there way to make sure things continued to progress smoothly.   We cannot say enough good things about the Carriage House Inn! We are so happy that we used them as the location for our wedding reception. We were very impressed right from the get go. They were very prompt and detailed in answering our questions which allowed us to make a decision to use them as our wedding reception venue. We did have a change in Catering Manager in the middle of our planning which can always be a bit stressful, however the Carriage House went out of there way to make sure things continued to progress smoothly. We worked with Alex Deagle for the majority of our planning and we are so grateful for all that she did for us! She was so helpful in every way you would hope a Catering Manager would be. We did not have any concerns about how the day would run because she had been so organized and diligent throughout the entire process. She worked with us to give us the day that we had always envisioned! They did have a minimum spend (as did almost all venues we looked at) but it was quite reasonable. There was also no extra charge for rental on top of the minimum spend (some venues we looked at had a minimum spend but also had a rental fee for the venue regardless of how much was spent). Next up, the food! We still to this day have people commenting on how delicious our food was. We did a plated 3 course meal for 310 people and not one person complained their food was cold or bland. All courses were delicious and we were really pleased at the options that the Carriage House had for each course. We also did a midnight lunch. Again, the venue was very flexible to allow us to have what we had always wanted, mini hot dogs and poutine! We did not use their bakery service as our sister who is a baker made our cake but they did cut our cake and plate it for us so that our guests could partake! We also did a family brunch the following day at the venue and again, the food was outstanding! They allowed us a few tastings while we were deciding on our menu as my fiance and I had a tough time coming to an agreement on what we wanted for each course. One of the aspects of the Carriage House that really drew us to them was their option that allowed us to bring in our own liquor. We brought in all of our own wine and alcohol and paid a small corkage fee per person to use the venue's mix. It really helped us to save on some costs especially with the size of our wedding! They did also have the option of bringing in only wine for dinner and having all of the other alcohol be provided by the venue (or the option where all alcohol was provided by the venue). It was nice that there was a choice that allowed some cost saving. We did have quite a large wedding (310 guests). The Main Ballroom that we used was quite comfortable despite our size. Many people commented that they didn't even know we had that many people as the venue did not feel cramped in any way. Our decorator that we used had worked with the Carriage House many times before and also only had good things to say. We had a band (as well as a DJ) and some performers for the evening. We were provided with a room for our dancers to change and for the band to store their equipment at no extra cost. The Carriage House has the ability to rent and set-up audio visual equipment which was especially helpful! We had a slide show and a same day video from our videographer that we wanted shown at the reception and all we did was say we wanted this done and they had all of the equipment set-up and provided for us! It was a huge help in that we didn't have to outsource to a separate company. They were also able to do the same for the staging for our band/DJ and our head table. It was one less thing for us to worry about which was huge in planning for our big day! They provided the tables and chairs as well as all barware and tableware. They also provided the napkins and tablecloths. All in all, they were very flexible to allow us to have the day of our dreams. We did many things that were a bit more unconventional for a wedding and were traditional for our large Ukrainian wedding (vodka shots at the door, a band/DJ combo, traditional Ukrainian treats as favors, etc.). There wasn't anything that we threw at them that they weren't willing to accommodate or do their best to modify so that it could be accommodated. Overall, we are so very happy that we went with the Carriage House Inn as our venue! It really was the most magical day and the Carriage House played such a huge part in that. We would especially like to send out a huge thank-you to Alex Deagle, our Catering Manager that we worked with throughout the planning process. She was phenomenal and really helped to give us the day of our dreams!

  My dream wedding ! Perfect ballroom!

  We got married in The main ballroom sept 29,2018. We planned our wedding with The carriage House Inn back in January 2018. The dates we wanted were available and the organization was phenomenal. Every meeting was stress free and simple. Alex D helped us out huge! Made the entire process simple and easy. They were very patient with us and made sure our day was perfect! They let me see the room anytime I wanted. They referred a decorator for me. The staff was fantastic the whole entire day. The dinner staff was super attentive and made my guests feel at ease.

  The food!!! Is amazing. People still talk about our food! We had a buffet with prime rib carving station and chicken. Picked all our sides! So many options! We picked our wine for the table and had a $2 bar and it was great! They have a in house bakery so everything is fresh and tastey .
  They allowed the wedding party to use a private room on the main floor for the groomsmen to wait in and hang out before ceremony. We loved that. It allowed us to hang out in there after ceremony while guest left so we can take photos after.
  The hotel provided my husband and I a free room to spend the night. It was a very nice room . A lot of our guest stayed at the hotel and loved it!
  We even had a rehearsal Thursday before and everyone went to peanuts pub after for drinks and really good food!!! It was a one stop shop! Also the breakfast buffet the next day is phenomenal! We still go at least once a month!!!
  
  Definitely check out this venue! Everything is fantastic and easy. People still talk about our wedding. And the location must I add is great! Lots of parking and things to do around the hotel for guests .

  Perfect Wedding Venue

  We loved our experience with the Carriage House Inn and would recommend this venue to everyone! They were wonderful all the way through the planning process until the end of our wedding. From choosing a space, to room layout, to day of schedule, they were amazing! We chose the Victoria Ballroom for our ceremony and reception and it is a gorgeous space. The food is very well priced (lower than anywhere else we looked at) and is delicious; we received so many compliments from our guests. The day of ran so smoothly and the staff at the reception were wonderful. We honestly cannot say enough good things about this place.
