The new Ambassador Event Centre & DoubleTree by Hilton Kingston is a beautiful, newly renovated wedding venue offering the largest Ballroom (7200SF) in Kingston, Ontario. Whether for a large celebration or an intimate gathering, this stunning venue will provide you with the perfect space, exceptional service, and peace of mind knowing that every detail is covered on your special day.
Facilities and Capacity
The majestic Ambassador Ballroom features 16-foot ceilings, romantic chandelier lighting, and can be separated into three sections. When open in full, it can accommodate up to 560 people for a plated dinner.
Our Regal Room is the perfect space for a smaller ceremony or reception. This spacious room offers natural light, dimmable sconces and a crystal chandelier, and has a capacity of up to 80 people. The neighbouring Rideau Room offers a permanent bar and can accommodate up to 60 people comfortably. Our experienced, on-site professionals will assist in customizing your individual experience, and provide suggestions in terms of menus, music, decor, wedding cakes, florists, seating arrangements and photographers.
Cuisine
Our full-service onsite restaurant, called The Cannery Kitchen and Social, offers a capacity of 100 and a vast selection of menu items. It also provides two private dining rooms, perfect for your intimate rehearsal dinner or post-wedding brunch.
The Cannery also provides delicious, personalized catering for your big day! With options ranging from:
