Tammy was professional, helpful, kind, and efficient. The easiest part of planning my wedding was working with Tammy to choose an amazing resort, and getting all my guests books. Several guests made a point to let me know how reachable and helpful Tammy was throughout the whole process. Name changes, adding members, room upgrades, and all other unexpected changes were handled promptly by Tammy. You will not be disappointed with her service!

I worked along side Tammy to plan the best wedding I could have dreamed of. She went above and beyond to help me find the best hotel for my big day. And then she did everything from preparing the invites contacting the guest and dealing with them and their details for their trip. Honestly I highly recommend working with Tammy. She was amazing and i would give her more than five stars if i could.

I just want to start by saying thank you for everything! Tammy was fantastic every step of the way. She really listened to the qualities I wanted in a resort, understood my group’s needs and wants for our trip, and made it all happen. Once we picked a resort, she was flexible when we changed dates to ensure we got the best pricing possible for our guests.

She created a wedding website for booking, so guests who preferred to book online could fill out all the forms without needing a phone call or appointment. Any guests who had questions or concerns could easily email her or reach her by phone. We had many guests who needed extra guidance because they had never traveled before, and she sent plenty of helpful information to support them along the way.

She also put together a list for me to see who had booked and updated it regularly, which really helped with planning my wedding day. She worked with the wedding department to secure our preferred venues on the resort before we finalized pricing with Sunwing/WestJet. This was very important to us since we didn’t want a ceremony in the sand, but still wanted to overlook the ocean.

Once we arrived in Mexico, she checked in to make sure everything went smoothly and she checked in again once we were home. We also received a handwritten card in the mail when we first booked, and after returning home she sent us a gift that was absolutely perfect for us.
