The venue was beautiful and met all of our expectations. We had a tight turnaround time and Tracy and Jimmy were able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. For a base rate, they offered us set up and take down, as well as some décor for our wedding and it made our wedding day seamless and stress-free.
Would love to go back and host future events here. Thanks again Tracy and Jimmy! -

Willow Lake Farm is a beautiful scenic wedding venue with stunning natural decor, especially the willow tree so we opted for a simpler set up. However, they have so much decor included as well as additional items for rent like a champagne wall, bar, dance floor, etc.
The venue is considered remote (it does appear to be on a main road though) as in you need to bring your own vendors from catering down to washroom trailers but it also gives you the chance to customize everything. The animals are sweet and it’s dog friendly - attached is a photo of their cute pup!
Tracy and Jim are very friendly and welcoming and they care about making the experience special! I would highly recommend this venue -

I hate to brag, but I think this was the best wedding ever! From beginning to end, Tracy and Jimmy, the owners, are one of the most fantastic people I've ever met. They are so accommodating and so helpful and I could go on and on. The venue was so beautiful, and they take such good care of their land and flowers, etc. my only wish is that I could do it all over again. -

Tracy and Jimmy went above and beyond to help make our wedding the best day ever. They had clear communication and expectations with us throughout the planning process. They gave us pointers when setting up and taking down. They even helped transport my grandparents from the parking to the ceremony and reception areas. I had countless guests comment how beautiful the venue is. We loved being able to have our event all in one spot. It is a DIY venue, which was done with consideration so we could make our wedding as affordable as possible. Thank you so much to Tracy and Jimmy for welcoming us to their property. They truly made all of us feel at home. -

Words cannot summarize how truly amazing owners, Jim & Tracy are. They are the most hard working, dedicated, kind people you will ever meet!
Willow Lake Farms is the most beautiful, lush and breathtaking wedding venue. My guests absolutely loved the horses, goats, donkeys and the family dog, Hank! I could not have asked for a better location, venue or hosts within my experience. I highly, highly recommend Willow Lake for anyone who is looking for their wedding venue. It is truly unique and there is nothing comparable! Tracy and Jim are the most accommodating, kind people you could ever come across! -

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! Me and my husband got married here and it was the most magical day! The owners of the farm, Tracy and Jim, are the most kind, caring and good hearted people and wanted to help us as much as they could. The farm is absolutely stunning and they do so much work to keep it that way. We were married under their huge willow tree in a grass field and it was so breathtaking and made for the most beautiful pictures! Me and my husband got married almost a year ago now and we still have people talking about how beautiful and amazing our venue was! If I could give a million stars I would! We without a doubt would recommend this place to anybody! -

Our Dream Wedding
Willow Lake farms was the absolute best venue we could’ve asked for. They had plenty of decor that we used on the big day as well as a dance floor, answers for every question we had regarding our other vendors and set up. Our photos were absolutely gorgeous and there were so many locations around the venue for us to use. Communication was always top notch. -
