Set upon 5 acres of stately pine and spruce trees, Wheatfield Estate is a whimsical and enchanting woodland, located in Sparta, Ontario. Wheatfield Estate is a stunning wooded wonderland, nestled in the trees, surrounded by farmland and lush greenery, our property provides a romantic and enchanted setting for a fairytale wedding celebration.
The enchanted nature of our property makes for the perfect setting for a woodland ceremony, cocktail reception under the trees, and a gorgeous meadow for your tented reception. Whether you are inviting 25 or 200 guests, you can be sure to find the perfect spot on our property to begin your happily ever after!

Worth the wait
Wheatfield Estate was an absolute dream come true and the most beautiful venue to have had our wedding at.
In March of 2021 we took a chance and went out to look at this new wedding venue that would be opening up summer 2021. We had already postponed our wedding twice due to COVID and were looking for a solution. Knowing that Lauren was an experienced and successful wedding planner we knew that we could trust her vision. Before our eyes (and with a lot of fun following along on Instagram) she built wheatfield into a dream venue that we couldn’t believe we were lucky enough to use.
Switching wedding venues felt like a big risk, but the payoff was enormous. We were able to have the most magical day, with all of our family and friends in the most dreamy of settings. Truth is, if Wheatfield had been around when we were newly engaged in 2019, we would have booked it on the spot. We’ve heard from so many of our guests that it was the most beautiful venue they’ve been to.
Wheatfield helped us create a memory that will last our entire lives. Lauren was available all the time and her expertise and knowledge of weddings and the industry shows - she’s thought of every single thing. Thank you for making our day so special!!

Magical Venue & Perfect Experience
My husband and I got married at Wheatfield in August 2021. We initially booked a different venue and postponed a couple of times before we stumbled upon Wheatfield Estates. Finding Wheatfield was such a blessing. When my husband and I toured wheatfield for the first time together, we knew we had to change our venue and get married there. The grounds at wheatfield are so beautiful, it’s one of a kind. We received so many compliments from our guests about how peaceful and beautiful the location was. It was perfect. Lauren, the owner, is wonderful to work with. She is kind, professional, and so helpful. The venue is also very accommodating, everything you can think of Lauren has it covered. We had to replan our wedding and had a little over a month to do it. We couldn’t have done it without Lauren. Our wedding day was truly magical and a large part of that was because of Wheatfield. Thank you Lauren!

Best Venue
I had my bridal shower, rehearsal dinner and wedding here at Wheatfield. It's absolutely stunning! I highly recommend it.

The Most Enchanting Venue
Wheatfield Estate is absolutely stunning! My husband and I got married there in September 2022 and we still have guests approaching us to tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding they ever attended. We wanted an outdoor wedding but we were specifically looking for an elegant venue that achieved the vision of "enchanted forest". Much to our surprise they actually had a section of Wheatfield called the Enchanted Forest, complete with twinkle lights! It was love at first sight! Each section of the property is thoughtfully created with couples in mind. Everywhere you turn there is a perfect backdrop for unique photos (including a gorgeous tree swing!).
I also can't say enough about the owners, Lauren & John! They care so deeply about each wedding and put so much effort into maintaining beautiful grounds - the attention to detail is apparent! They made us feel at home every time we were there planning the wedding and opened their home to us numerous times. Thank you to Wheatfield for hosting my dream wedding! It exceeded all my expectations xo

The wedding of our dreams
We had our wedding at Wheatfield Estates in September of 2021. Lauren and John were incredibly accommodating with our tight timeline and they worked with us every step of the way to ensure our day was perfect. The venue was incredibly beautiful and we could not have asked for a better day. The onsite facilities were in impeccable condition and enough cannot be said about the breathtaking views provided by the event space. Thanks to Lauren and John and the rest of the Wheatfield team for an amazing experience. The knowledge and commitment that they bring to ensuring your wedding day is special is second to none.
