With multiple ceremony locations to choose from, it can accommodate up to 200 of your friends and family members. From 2021, this location will feature a 3,456-square-foot covered pavilion complete with clear curtains for inclement weather, chandelier lighting, harvest tables and bistro-style chairs. For a scenic outdoor ceremony, you may choose to exchange your vows surrounded by a landscaped pond and mature forest. The celebration can continue with a cocktail hour on the property’s covered porch area. With climate-controlled restrooms and a catering prep room, this venue aims to ensure that you and your nearest and dearest have a comfortable event.

This venue is available for engagement parties, wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. With The White Poplar's all-inclusive pricing, their administration strives to make sure that you have everything you need for a memorable occasion. The White Poplar includes an assortment of event items such as tables and chairs in the pavilion, use of assorted decor, including 48” tall marquis LOVE letters, a fire table area with seating (propane included), 30” round cocktail tables, glasses for cocktail hour, patio furniture, in-floor heat in the pavilion, patio heaters and folding wood chairs for ceremonies. Also included are bartenders, a wedding rehearsal and free parking.

You are welcome to arrange the vendors of your choosing, and the venue can include bar supplies, decor clean up and early venue access as extra services. This venue is pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible, ensuring an inclusive environment.
