From the stunningly beautiful, newly renovated 170-year-old barn to the breathtaking flower fields (not to mention the llamas the kids adored!), the setting created an unforgettable atmosphere that our guests are still raving about.

But what truly made our day magical were Melinda and Tim. This dynamic duo is not only incredibly creative—with thoughtful touches down to the flowers and décor—but also so supportive, easy to work with, and genuinely kind. Their guidance, suggestions, and friendly presence turned our vision into reality.

I also can’t say enough about the staff—they were amazing, attentive, and went above and beyond to make everything seamless.

We recently hosted our wedding at the Fieldstone Barn, and it was truly the best day of our lives. The venue is absolutely stunning! From the beautiful barn itself to the forested area that created the perfect, fairy-tale backdrop for our ceremony. Our wedding was approximately 150 guests and we heard endless compliments from our friends and family about how much they enjoyed exploring the property and all the activities it offered.

The Fieldstone team works with specific caterers, and we chose RD Sociale. That was one of the best decisions we made! They served an incredible farm-to-table, family-style meal that our guests are still raving about.

Fieldstone Barn, nestled in the heart of Elora, is more than just a wedding venue- it’s a thoughtfully curated escape that blends natural beauty, rustic charm, and refined hospitality. We recently attended a wedding here and stayed for the weekend, and every moment felt like a breath of fresh air.

The barn itself has been beautifully restored, maintaining its vintage character while offering the elegance and comfort of a modern event space. The surrounding property is stunning- from fields of sunflowers to a playful corn maze and serene seating areas that invite guests to slow down and simply enjoy the outdoors. We spent time playing lawn games, relaxing in cozy outdoor chairs, and taking in the peaceful countryside (and a gorgeous sunset just by the open field).

One of the most delightful surprises? The alpacas- friendly, quirky, and genuinely fun to watch and feed. They added an extra layer of charm to the already magical atmosphere.

The real standout, however, lies in the care and vision of Melinda and Tim, the owners, and their incredible grounds staff. Their attention to detail is evident everywhere you look. It’s rare to find a space where every touch- from signage to glamping decor- feels intentional, personal, and seamless.

Speaking of glamping: our group rented all four glamping units, and they were nothing short of extraordinary. Each is tastefully themed, fully equipped, and offers a blend of comfort, privacy, and eco-conscious design. The individual hot tubs were a luxurious touch, and we were especially impressed by the innovative incinerator toilets and outdoor showers- a clever, sustainable approach that felt both modern and practical.

For guests looking to explore, the town of Elor; including the scenic gorge and the historic Elora Mill- is just a short walk away. It made for the perfect day trip, with charming boutiques, trails, and great local dining options to round out the weekend.

We toured several venues for our celebration, but the moment we stepped into Fieldstone Barn, we knew it was the one. The venue is absolutely stunning, with every corner thoughtfully designed— from the rustic charm to the elegant touches that made it feel so special. This was our second time visiting and glamping at Fieldstone Barn…and we have decided that we simply MUST make it a yearly tradition! Every tiny detail is accounted for…pristinely clean, always inviting, extremely comfortable, wonderfully inviting…we exhale a bit deeper when we walk the property…rest a bit more soundly when we settle in…the hot tub is a god-sent! We always have such a hard time leaving! Everyone is so welcoming and kind! We look forward to visiting again next year!!! 🌻

We were incredibly fortunate to have chosen The Fieldstone Barn for our wedding. With 120 guests, including both ceremony and reception, the venue offered stunning scenes and landscapes (sunflower backdrops, photo ops, antique couches, historic stone barn, wild flowers and vegetable gardens, rural landscapes). There were many activities (corn maze, photo ops, trails, alpacas), that our guests were entertained by!

Tim and Melinda were instrumental in making our wedding day a reality. They were always available and gave personalized attention to all our needs! They can source local vendors which added a special touch by supporting the community we love. Their flexibility, from formal catering to food trucks and field-grown flower decor, ensures a unique and custom experience for any couple!
