I had my wedding at The Lions Garden on May 24, 2025. From start to finish they helped make the wedding planning process as seamless as possible. We booked the venue late 2024 and had our wedding date picked out for a few months later. The venue is absolutely stunning. I liked having the ceremony space and reception on the same property. You can tell that Rene and Klaske spend a lot of time and effort into making this wedding venue a dream come true.
They were always available to answer any questions I had, even if they seemed a little crazy. We were able to visit the venue mid planning so that I could envision and decide exactly what we needed for decor, especially for the ceremony space.
In the days leading up to the big day, Rene and Klaske were in constant communication, ensuring I had everything ready and they knew what the plans were for the day. Once the big day came, Klaske and the floor manager Jennifer were so pleasant to deal with. Things were running behind and Klaske helped relieve some stress ensuring me that everything was good and the time didn't matter.
We ended up forgetting a few items when we were packing up at the end of the night. Rene and Klaske made sure I was able to retrieve these items in a timely manner.
Rene and Klaske, and the team at Lions Garden were such a big positive part of my wedding day. Every detail was handled with care and the guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the venue is!

We cannot recommend Lions Garden enough!
Our day was absolutely beautiful and would not have been possible without the wonderful René, Klaske, and their amazing team.
They were so friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond for us and our family. They are all incredible people—personable, professional, and always there to help whenever needed.
From the walkthroughs to discussing décor to the wedding day itself, they were there for every step, answering any questions and responding quickly. Their knowledge and attention to detail ensured everything was in perfect order and ready to go. They also allowed us to visit the venue as many times as needed, helping us feel stress-free and well-prepared. Our day was so smooth allowing us to relax on our special day. They truly treat your wedding as if it's just as important to them as it is to you and your family.
As for the venue, it is absolutely stunning and so spacious! The hard work that goes into maintaining the venue is evident.
From the charming walking paths to the gorgeous ceremony space in the Tamarack Gardens, the unique grain bin bar with the outdoor area for cocktail hour, to the breathtaking Ponderosa Barn with its beautiful décor options—nothing is short of picture-perfect.
If you book with Lions Garden, you won’t be disappointed. Our day was beyond anything we could have imagined, both aesthetically and with the amazing support from the team.

Lions Garden was an absolutely gorgeous venue for our wedding! Klaske and René, along with their team were wonderful to deal with and they all made our day run so smoothly! They have such a unique and beautiful barn that left so many of our guests in awe! If you are looking for a rustic space, this is it! Truly, no others compare. -

The ceremony space was so beautiful! It was secluded and had such a nice woodsy feel to it. The reception space in the barn was amazing, needed no extra decor, and had so much room for guests.
The floor boards in the barn however were a bit wobbly in spots and I tripped on a couple. But other than that we had an amazing experience! -

Thankful to Lion's Barn
Our wedding was originally scheduled in September 2021. Due to the pandemic, we had to move it to July 2022. Klaske and Rene accomodated us very well and they were very considerate.
The location was top notch. The rustic feel is legit! Their crew at wedding day was second to none. They were friendly, helpful and very organized! We got the kind of wedding that we wanted and and we are really thankful to them as they were a huge part of making that happen. I cannot ask for anything better in terms of dealing with a vendor.
I hope I can attend a wedding at Lion's Barn in the future (as a guest of course lol). I am looking forward to that day and say "Hi" to their dogs once again. -
