  Most magical day ever

  I recently had my wedding at The Farm and start to finish it was the most incredible experience. The team is super professional and accommodating and the venue is stunning.
  During our tasting we had requests for changes to the menu (raspberry instead of blueberry on the dessert) and they provided this at no additional cost.
  They also made the day so extra special by surprising us with our favourite local wine!
  I cannot say enough good things about the venue and the team. Thank you to the whole farm team for making our day so special and stess free, we truly had the most amazing time and I wouldn’t have changed a thing!

  Our fall wedding

  My husband and I had our wedding at the Farm in October 2022 and it was fantastic ! The attention to detail, the customer service, THE FOOD, the hospitality, the list goes on and on. We would recommend the Farm: Earth to Table to anyone looking for a warm and elegant venue space.

  PERFECT, 10/10, Incredible venue

  The farm is a hidden gem! Some of the reasons we loved the venue so much:
  1. The People - we worked with Nichole and she was the most responsive, professional, incredible person to work with that made every detail come to life, and ensured that nothing went wrong on our big day - literally nothing went wrong! The rest of the farm staff were very friendly and professional as well!
  2. Location - It is the perfect gateaway from Toronto - you feel like you are our in the country, but the venue is close enough that people can still drive back to the city at the end of the night if they need.
  3. The grounds are beautiful - the ceremony space has a gorgeous view and slanted so everyone can see you, the cocktail space is awesome with fire pits and seating, pretty lights, flowers, and outdoor pizza oven for late night eats. Great place for people to get some fresh air in between dancing as well. The barn is perfect and nice because they can control the temperature. Great dance floor space - everything you need and more. Didn't need a lot of flowers becuase the venue is so nice on it's own.
  4. THE FOOD! EVERYONE kept complimenting the food - it was delicious. We had burrata/beet salad, steak/mash potatoes/veggies, and sticky toffee cake - yum
  Overall 10/10 must book - also reasonable price compared to what we have seen with other venues.

  Poor communication from event planner but wonderful day of staff

  We were married on August 11 at Ancaster Mills Chapel.
  
  Our contract we were originally given said that the service would start at 3:30, however a few weeks prior to the wedding I was informed it was actually 1:30 PM and they had no record of the 3:30 PM despite that I had a physical contract I was first given that states 3:30.
  
  Because of this some of my friends and my husbands family missed the actual wedding ceremony as they didn’t get the memo we sent around when we had to re-contact all of our guests (Over 100 people) to inform them of this change.
  
  Because of change the wedding to start at 1:30 PM, they expected people coming from Niagara region and Toronto to figure it out for themselves what they were going to do for the two hours roughly they had to wait until cocktail hour which is supposed to start right after the 3:30 ceremony. We were not offered an alternative option. I had to request one and suggest starting earlier.
  
  On our wedding day we found out there was another wedding at 3:30 PM. So we felt they basically pushed us out of the way for somebody else who was likely using ancaster Mill for the reception as well.
  
  We had to pay extra and end our reception early in order to have people be able to have their cocktail hour start early at the other venue. As we had our reception at Earth to table the farm.
  
  We were also informed that if we were not able to make the minimum 120 plates that they would do other things to make up for the value. I had to ask them to do this just days before the wedding. They did not offer it.
  
  On the day of the wedding I was informed after the ceremony that we were supposed to delegate somebody to receive cards. However nobody ever asked us or informed us that this was required. A random person had to step up and take cards. What if this person was somebody with ill intentions. All of our cards and gifts would’ve been gone. The person who had stepped up to take the cards on our behalf was not the person I would have chosen had I’ve been given that option.
  
  Our consultant for Earth to table to farm was very difficult to get a hold of. We were finally able to get in contact with her more often in the two weeks leading up to the wedding. Which made everything such a stressful experience with trying to figure out all the small details in those two weeks. I had reached out and requested a new consultant and they did not give one. They suggested I try emailing her instead of texting on the phone that she was contacting me on, she only has the phone when she is at the venue which from my understanding she was at the venue four or five times during the week as she worked out of the venue? It felt very dismissive.
  
  At the reception venue, earth to table the farm we were asking for the food waiver that Ancaster Mill told us we would need filled out as we are being outside food. We never received it and then the day before the wedding day she sent it to us asking us to sign it and the outside vender and that she didn’t know it was a requirement despite us asking numerous times because Ancaster Mills told us it was required. We told her we would not be able to get it signed in time as we are very busy with last-minute preparations and asked her to have it signed it the day of and have the person bringing the outside food to sign it as well. I don’t know if it ever even got signed. I never signed it and apparently my husband never signed it so I don’t know if somebody did.
  
  Although the venue was very beautiful and Our guests enjoyed it, it was a hassle for us and we were extremely stressed out.
  
  For such high standard venues you would expected more.
  
  As somebody who has been going to Ancaster Mill‘s for their Sunday brunches the last few years I was very disappointed in the service when I chose to have my wedding here. It was great at beginning before I had to really actually be in contact with them that much. They were friendly and kind. But when it came closer to the wedding it seemed like they are very disorganized or just did not care.
  
  Overall, I will say that the day of staff working the actual ceremony & reception was extremely pleasant to deal with.

  A perfect day !

  Due to covid we ended up at The Farm and anyone who gets married at this venue will also be just as lucky!
  It was a perfect day.
  Food was amazing and all dietary restrictions were met above and beyond standards.
  We got married on a super warm day and they kept the barn nice and cool which was so refreshing.
  The staff are so kind and accommodating.
  It was so nice to have the whole space to ourselves as well.
  Honestly can’t recommend enough!

  A dream venue!

  We got married at the farm earlier this month and it was everything we could have dreamed of. Pearle is a fantastic company and worked with us through postponements and ups and downs of COVID.
  
  We were originally getting married at Ancaster Mill in March 2020 but postponed to the Farm for August 2020. There were a few glitches in the planning process but at the end of the day Makayla + Julia are fantastic and anyone would be lucky to work with them and have the two of them involved in your wedding. Our day of wedding went off without a hitch and everyone was blown away by the level of service + the food.
  
  Thank you again Farm team, we could not recommend you enough.

  Our Best Day Yet!

  My husband and I highly recommend Earth to Table: The Farm. We got married at The Farm on July 30th, 2021. From the venue location itself, to the food; everything was superb. There are lots of areas for photos, games, and socializing outside and inside. Everyone raved about their meals, as everything was flavourful and cooked to perfection. Makayla was a dream to work with. We always felt heard and supported, especially through the ups and downs surrounding the pandemic. At one point, Makayla even helped fix my bustle on my wedding dress (a true hero). The Team at the farm truly has a 'make it work' attitude, and put you first. Full heartedly recommend!   Best Wedding Ever!

  My husband and I got married this past September of 2021 at Earth to Table and it was an absolute dream wedding. After being moved from another Pearle venue, we were able to secure our same date at Earth to Table with the help of Laura.
  
  After securing the date with Laura, we primarily dealt with Makayla who was INCREDIBLE. She was with us every step of the way and made us feel so special and valued. She even acted as a day of concierge and coordinator! I am so glad we did not hire any day of coordination because Makayla was so on the ball - even our guests loved her! Every time we turned around she was there to guide us, give us snacks and hand us some much needed beverages.
  
  They were super flexible with all of our requests (including having additional alcohol brands available and changing set up times etc) and were always very easy to reach by phone or email. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. They made our wedding feel "normal" despite COVID-19.
  
  Aside from the incredible staff, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. You don't need to do much in terms of decor as the space is so beautiful and serene. All of our friends and family commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen. The food is also top notch and one of the coolest features is that the food is "made to order" so your guests do not have to choose items before hand.
  
  If you're thinking about booking Earth to Table we would 100% recommend. Between the beauty of the venue and the expertise of the entire Pearle team (especially Laura and Makayla!!!), you will not be disappointed.

  My husband Andrew and I were blown away by the service and flexibility the staff at Earth to Table: The Farm provided us while planning in a pandemic. We were able to seamlessly postpone our original wedding date from July 18 2020 to May 23rd, 2021. While we were only allowed 10 people at our ceremony, Mikayla, Erica and the rest of the staff went out of their way to ensure our day felt so special and ran smoothly. We were also able to move our reception to their sister property at Whistle Bear Golf Club for NYE. We 100% recommend pursuing any Pearle Hospitality venue for your special day.
