  Truly exceptional! The best vendor we had!

  Being on a tight budget, we struggled immensely to find an affordable decorator. We met with A LOT of decor folks and Will surpassed them all with his kindness, responsiveness and great prices! I honestly enjoyed every time I spoke to Will because I could tell he genuinely cared about our happiness. Will even looked over my entire decor plan and offered suggestions, he was invested in our wedding from the start. His delivery and setup service was so reasonable and accommodating, Will is the best! I promise you, you will not regret choosing Will, the Ultimate Wedding Project is simply EXCEPTIONAL!

  Easy, beautiful, stress free

  Amazing service, beautiful setup, easy communication.
  
  Will was very timely with responses, understood everything I wanted and was very easy to work with.
  
  He provided beautiful decor and also helped us with other little things. What helped the most was that he was available everytime I needed to talk to him about the decor - he made planning that part of the wedding the least stressful!
  
  I would use The Ultimate Wedding Project again for any other event!

  Throne Chair and cake stand

  We received a great service for our rentals. We rented the throne chair and gold cake stand for my daughter’s Quinceañera (15th) Birthday party and the items were perfect. Pick up and drop off was easy too. Thank you for being a part of my daughter’s very special day.

  I am beyond thrilled that I found Will while on my hunt for cherry blossom centrepieces. Not only were they absolutely stunning and far exceeded my expectations, communication and planning with Will was extremely easy, and always pleasant. I would strongly recommend
  The Ultimate Wedding Project to brides! It is difficult to find reasonably priced cherry blossoms that look real and lush, and these ones were just that!

  One of our vendors made an untimely mistake about a week before our wedding and told us to find our own table numbers frames. This put us in a panic, as we had to find frames that matched our old Hollywood theme. I found The Ultimate Wedding Project on Instagram and had a prompt response. Will was very helpful and was able to provide us with the perfect frames. His prices are very reasonable, as well as his variety of products to rents, but most importantly his service was top notch. One of the kindest people we got the pleasure to meet.
  We will happily be referring The Ultimate Wedding Project to anyone!
