Our wedding simply would not have been the same without these beautiful ostrich feather centre pieces. They were the focal point of the decor that pulled together our entire Great Gatsby theme. Will was so kind and easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend! -

Being on a tight budget, we struggled immensely to find an affordable decorator. We met with A LOT of decor folks and Will surpassed them all with his kindness, responsiveness and great prices! I honestly enjoyed every time I spoke to Will because I could tell he genuinely cared about our happiness. Will even looked over my entire decor plan and offered suggestions, he was invested in our wedding from the start. His delivery and setup service was so reasonable and accommodating, Will is the best! I promise you, you will not regret choosing Will, the Ultimate Wedding Project is simply EXCEPTIONAL! -

Easy, beautiful, stress free
Amazing service, beautiful setup, easy communication.
Will was very timely with responses, understood everything I wanted and was very easy to work with.
He provided beautiful decor and also helped us with other little things. What helped the most was that he was available everytime I needed to talk to him about the decor - he made planning that part of the wedding the least stressful!
I would use The Ultimate Wedding Project again for any other event! -

Throne Chair and cake stand
We received a great service for our rentals. We rented the throne chair and gold cake stand for my daughter’s Quinceañera (15th) Birthday party and the items were perfect. Pick up and drop off was easy too. Thank you for being a part of my daughter’s very special day. -

I was helping my sister source all of her decor for vintage Victorian style wedding this past summer. I searched everywhere for candelabras! I was so happy to find Will and his beautiful selection. He was very responsive, answering any questions I had quickly and politely. He was flexible for pick-up and drop-off as well, which I really appreciated since I opted to pick up myself. Thank you Will! -
