We were thankful for the prices at this location in comparison to other rental companies. The staff is also very friendly! Some of the chargers and table numbers we rented were looking a bit scratched (which totally makes sense and it was worth it for the lower cost) but the chairs were in perfect condition and the napkins too. They also did custom cocktail napkins for us for our cocktail hour which was wonderful. The staff is super helpful, friendly and responsive. We just wish their rental drop off area was open on Sundays since most weddings are on Saturdays. We had packed up 50 chairs and drove to drop them off and they were closed so we had to go back the Monday which had affected our plans. The date mixup was our fault as we thought the rentals were due back the next day, but just keep that in mind in case you had plans the following days after the wedding (or be prepared with a plan!) other than being closed on Sundays for drop off, they were lovely to work with and the lower prices made a huge difference for us!
