HIGHLY recommend them for any event!!

As a venue working with Omega Design Events for events has been the most seamless and effortless relationship one can ask for in the wedding business. They make everything so easy for us. We do a fair number of weddings and their customer service is quick, very responsive to any changes and adaptations to the order. Their pricing structure is fair and the choices and quality are fantastic.. I have had to use them in a pinch before as well and have never been disappointed. If they can't assist then they have given other recommendations to assist. That is true customer service. Expectations are set from the beginning as to delivery times and pick up times. For any venue or couple that is looking for a vendor that works with you and listens to your needs, we highly recommend them..

This was a great experience for us!!

Awesome company, Awesome customer service. Used this company for my wedding, I rented tables, chairs and tent. I never had to question anything, they were on time, responded to emails in a timely manner, just great customer service all the way around. Will definitely use their service again.

Maurice and team did a great job for our wedding and reception

Maurice and his team are simply amazing. I think the goal of any bride and groom is to not feel stressed on their wedding day and that is exactly what Omega Design Events team was able to do for us on our wedding day. Maurice was with us every step of the way while planning our 3 day wedding event. He came up with our event timelines, seating, recommended/communicated with all of our vendor partners, worked with the hotel on loading/event logistics, toured the venue multiple times with us and much more. Maurice is very detail-oriented and organized, each meeting had an agenda with clear to do list for my husband and I. In the week leading up to our wedding, we had a meeting to go over finalized timelines at the venue with our families so that everyone knew where to be and what to expect so we were all on the same page. During our events, Maurice had assigned various team members to assist with my side and others for my husband's side so that we always had a point of contact to get us anything we needed. If I needed chap stick from the front desk, someone would be at my door with it within 10 minutes, it was amazing! There were so many little details Maurice helped us add to each event that made our wedding so special, we continue to hear how much our guests enjoyed our wedding months later.

Everything was set up on time and looked great!

Maurice did an amazing job with our wedding ceremony. The set up was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. During planning Maurice was extremely responsive and helpful. He was attentive to every detail of the set up and was able to arrange the certifications needed to have our ceremony. I definitely recommend Omega Design Events.

Waouh ! Le meilleur photobooth de tous les temps !

Nous avons cherché partout la cabine photo « fermée » idéale à louer pour notre mariage, et nous sommes ravis d'avoir pris le temps de trouver Omega Design Events. Le prix était un peu plus élevé que ce que nous avions prévu au départ pour la location, mais cela valait largement ce supplément.

Communication rapide et claire

Nous avons fait appel à Omega Design pour le mariage de notre fils et nous ne tarissons pas d'éloges à leur sujet. Du début à la fin, ils ont répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions et demandes de modification, nous ont tenus informés des délais de livraison, et l'équipe d'installation a fait preuve d'un dévouement exceptionnel : ils ont nettoyé les chaises, vérifié la propreté du chapiteau et même soufflé les feuilles sur la terrasse où celui-ci était installé. Je recommande vivement Omega Design à quiconque a besoin d'un chapiteau ; nous ferions sans hésiter de nouveau appel à eux.
