Dream Come True!
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue and the staff—compliments continued to pour in for weeks afterward. The setting itself is absolutely stunning, yet inviting and comfortable for everyone in attendance. Recent upgrades to the property, landscaping, and the reception tent exceeded all of our expectations. We’re so grateful to Sorella for making our wedding weekend feel magical from start to finish!
Wedding venue of our wildest dreams
We will never ever forget this space - it’s so sacred and everyone who gets married here would be so lucky. The Airbnb on the property allowed the whole weekend to slow down and we never felt rushed as a result. Such special memories in between the special memories as a result of staying on the property.
Will recommend this place forever and wish we could give more than 5 stars!!

We had our rehearsal dinner there the night before and they helped create the vision with different chairs and offered their help anywhere they could.
I would absolutely recommend Sorella to anyone getting married. You get the venue from Friday to Sunday and don’t have to leave for anything!
Dream wedding !
Everything went perfectly. The courtyard reception space was absolutely stunning, it felt like something out of a dream. We were surrounded by all the people we love, the weather showed up for us, and the entire day just felt so easy and peaceful.
Seeing Sorella from this side gave me a whole new appreciation for it. The property, the views, the vibe… it was just magic. I’m so proud of what we’ve built, and now even more grateful that we got to experience it for ourselves on the most important day of our lives.

Fairytale Venue
Sorella Farms is truly a unique and beautiful hidden gem in the Niagara region. There are so many details of this property to appreciate. A beautiful home to stay and get-ready in, the stunning courtyard, historical barn with bridal suite, the pond and orchard, and if you are blessed with a picture-perfect day like we were, a spectacular outdoor cocktail space.
The best part of it all - it feels like you're planning your special day with your best friends. Anna was such a big part of our planning process and ensured each detail over the year we discussed was perfectly executed.
All of our planned details fell so perfectly into the property scape. Looking back there is nothing at all we would've changed.
A few weeks later, we are still receiving messages and calls full of compliments from our guests and other vendors.
We cannot wait to showcase our photographers work of our day at this one-of-a-kind venue.

Growing up on the farm and being the 6th generation on it for my family, I dreamed of creating a venue that seamlessly blends luxury and the natural beauty of farm living, offering couples an unforgettable retreat in the heart of Niagara’s wine country. My goal was to craft a space where guests could not only celebrate but also relax and reconnect, enjoying an entire weekend—or even a full week—immersed in the serenity of our property.
As someone who is also getting married at Sorella 1881 in 2025, I truly understand how important it is to have a venue that feels personal, intimate, and unforgettable. From our twinkle-lit 1881 barn courtyard to our luxurious farmhouse retreat with a sauna, hot tub, and fire pit, every detail is designed to provide you with a seamless, romantic experience.

As someone who’s always loved Niagara’s farmland, I saw the potential to create something truly special — a place where couples and their guests could celebrate, relax, and enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience in nature.
Having lived and played hockey in St. Catharines, I’ve always felt a strong connection to this area. Building a business on this land has been an exciting journey, combining my love for development and my commitment to creating a space that feels both luxurious and welcoming.
