Meet the team
Born and raised in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, I have always been interested in creating photos and videos. Whether it was photographing junior hockey games with my father’s film camera or making videos with the family camcorder, I was drawn to creating visuals.
After building my adult life in Quebec, my incredible wife ignited a passion for professional photography and videography by giving me my first real camera. In 2018, I photographed my first wedding and fell in love with wedding work. Having subjects so filled with joy and helping them capture their most precious memories was, and is, an honour and a pleasure. On top of this, spending Saturdays with great people at a great party is never a bad thing!
When I'm not creating for clients, I am usually having dance parties, biking, walking, or playing games with my wife and daughters.
Sometimes Wooden Ship is me as a one-person show while at others, it is an excellent selection of experienced and trusted photographers and videographers who will help capture your day.
