  So Talented!

  Best decision was hiring Kat and her team to do our videography. From our first conversation, Kat was super friendly, approachable and left no questions unanswered. I knew I wanted to hire someone that I had an instant connection with and could trust in...and Kat was just that. Her and James were extremely professional on the wedding day and did whatever it took to get the best shot. They truly want what's best for the client and will leave you satisfied, I highly recommend Kat and her team!

  Simply the best!!

  I looked through A LOT of wedding video vendors before I landed with Kat. I found most vendors to feel a bit templated and the product not unique. If you look at Kat’s portfolio it’s quite the opposite, everything is so tailored to each couple and their wedding day. Is she the cheapest option out there? Nope. I think her pricing is extremely reasonable for the level of service and quality of product you get. I am writing this review because I know how intimidating it is to book a vendor and to encourage you to jump all in with Kat because you will NOT regret it. We have our teaser and short film and it’s nothing short of incredible. Friends and family are all obsessed with her work - the editing and her ability to truly tell a story and capture the essence of the day is amazing. She is great to work with, very one on one mentality (not a huge company looking to pump out as many people as possible vs. Quality work) listens and asks the right questions. While I don’t anticipate (hopefully!) we will go thru another pandemic, it’s worth mentioning she was so flexible and responsive as we changed our wedding day 4 times (Covid couple) - you never know what is going to happen and it’s great to have a solid vendor like her in your corner. Her and her team were super professional and worked with our photographer perfectly to make sure we were spending the least amount of time possible on photos and video - I’ve been in a lot of weddings where this isn’t the case and you have to do a pose or something 2x because the photographer and videographer both want the shot. All in all I would highly recommend Wild and Free films!

  Please read - do not use - you will not get your videos

  I wish I had read other reviews before booking Wild and Free. It has been THREE YEARS since our wedding and we still do not have our videos. Kat would ALWAYS promise "Its done and in the mail this weekend. Oh I am just finishing up and will send in a week". We have been hearing these lies for almost 3 years and still nothing. We have now had to hire a lawyer and need to go to small claims court. Not only did this cost a large amount up front, we are now having to pay even more in legal fees to try and get our footage. We even asked her to just send the raw footage and we'd have someone else edit and she won't. This is video from our wedding, with speeches from loved ones who are no longer with us and moments we wanted to share with our children. We paid a lot for them and have not received anything except lies. I know of others who have used her and faced the same issue. There are other reviews as well that mention the same issue of never getting your film. Using wild and free will cost you a great deal in money, legal fees, and emotional distress and leave you with NOTHING. All we want are the memories from our wedding and we cannot get them. Your wedding is supposed to be one of the greatest days of your life, do not let wild and free cast a dark shadow on it. This journey has been incredibly tough for us and we still do not have our footage. Safe yourself the money, stress and book someone, anyone else!

  Highly recommended!

  I always knew I wanted a wedding videographer, even more so than a photographer. When I first met with Kat, we immediately clicked. She listened to what I was looking for and hoped for in a wedding video and was extremely professional while still being down to earth and easy to talk to. On the day of our wedding she was excited to be there and interacting with everyone while still maintaining professionalism and doing her job. There were moments where I didn't even realize she was there! She laughed with us and got to know us personally and added to our joy and excitement of the day. I will definitely be recommending Kat to anyone I know in search of a wedding videographer. We cannot wait to see our finished video, we know it will be exactly what we are hoping for since Kat will be the one creating it!

  Talent Extremely Rare to Find in the Wedding Industry

  My husband and I were extremely pleased with our decision to hire Wild and Free Films as our videographer. They worked great with our photographers and most of the time we forgot Katherine and her Assistant were even there filming! I think that is very important as a videographer and rare to find in the wedding industry. We just saw our teaser video this week and had chills. Can't wait to see the rest.
  
  Side note - I am very picky when it comes to wedding videos. I must have visited 100+ websites prior to booking Wild and Free Films. The second I visited Katherine's website and clicked play on the "Lydia + Erwin" feature film I was speechless. Wild and Free Film's smooth transitions and ability to create such strong emotion is unlike any other videographer, honestly.

  In my opinion, I can not recommend W&F Films

  We were married June 17th, 2017 and hired Wild & Free Films for videography. They were great on the day but unfortunately after 13 months of waiting for our video, we requested Wild & Free Films to send us a refund and to put the raw footage on a hard drive.

  Kat shot our destination wedding in Montego Bay with Quinn and did such an incredible job. They were super professional, but so sweet and accommodating. We had the opportunity to do a love shoot with them the night before the wedding upon their recommendation and we are so glad we did! Kat edited such a beautiful teaser for us as well & did it so quickly, we were very impressed. We cannot wait to see all the raw amazing footage they shot as well as our wedding video once she works her editing magic - can't wait to relive our dream day through her lens!

  Our daughter was married this summer and we hired Kat of wild and free films (videographer). Kat and her assistant seemed to be every where shooting video on the wedding day. The biggest surprise was when we noticed a drone flying over the event. Kat was very professional and great to work with. We would definitely recommend wild and free films. Thank you Kat for making Becky and Austin's wedding so memorable.

I know that she is going to do an amazing job capturing the film at our wedding. It is something special when you feel fully confident, without saying much, that a vendor is going to literally create you vision and make it magical. I cannot wait to see the outcome!

  Kat is really amazing. We are so happy that fate brought her to us!! She made us an amazing package to fit our exact needs and budget, and was so fun to work with.
