Their package worked with our budget and we were pleased with the value of their service. Marianne was very responsive, professional, and kind throughout her communications. Her team came on time for set up and was respectful of the church space as well. As for the livestream itself, we couldn't be happier. Our viewers were impressed with the video quality and so were we. The shots were great as well, both panning in and out at the right times while following movement around the church smoothly. One of the best values yet is that we got a recording of the ceremony so we can enjoy the day again well into the future! We added video streaming services almost as an afterthought two weeks prior to our wedding ceremony. VirtualE There responded immediately and after a quick chat they knew what we wanted. Their quote was reasonable, and basically they just showed up early and did what we asked (which two weeks before your wedding is exactly what you want in a vendor.) They were reliable and discreet/unobtrusive. Our guests who attended virtually were very complimentary towards the stream saying it was high quality, and also they received regular updates during our weather delay. We would definitely recommend.

I found Melange Group through WeddingWire and I was in need of a team of videographers that could livestream all the events happening for our wedding reception. We had family in Spain that could not make it for our wedding as well as some guests that could not make it to our reception due to the vaccine passports, so Melange became crucial for us in order to allow us to share our event virtually with all the people we had intended to share our special day with. From the moment I met Marianne, I knew I was in good hands. She was so professional and knowledgeable, she took care of absolutely everything. She knew exactly what to do from the planning process until the day of our wedding. The quality of the video was also so great! My family was so happy that they got to share our special day with us and got to see so much of it. It was a difficult venue to work with because of the set-up, so I know it was tricky at times, but they were so flexible anyway. Melange Group went above and beyond on our wedding day too - even when we were running late, they were so understanding.

I am of course biased, but it is my opinion that even with capacity limits and restrictions being lifted for weddings, I foresee travelling being a big roadblock for wedding guests and hiring this vendor allows you to be able to celebrate with everyone you care about without the added risk. We had hired a wedding videographer as well, but they were more focused on moments and highlights, Melange Group was able to add a layer of closeness and intimacy to our event because it really captured everything - even our guests. So our virtual guests felt like they were right there with us.

My father passed away during the lockdown. My father had touched the lives of many so undoubtedly there were many people who wanted to show their respects to him. Unfortunately, we could only have eight attendees at the funeral service.

In spite of the lockdown, they understood the importance of celebrating the life of my father while creating something memorable for us to treasure. They took care to listen to what was important to us and the milestones we wanted to celebrate. Knowing that this 'Celebration of Life' was being viewed by hundreds of people around the world, Melissa created a beautiful online program that attendees could use to follow along and participate in the ceremony. Marianne took great care to edit the various videos of the viewing, church service and Mass, a drive-by to my father's home one last time, the burial, and personal tributes by the grandchildren. The video tribute also included a montage of photographs that reflected my father's walk through life and the many lives he touched. The video tribute was so beautifully created, it garnered countless accolades from family and friends around the world. Most people felt like they were there with us on this journey. It offered everyone, especially those who could not be there in person, a way to say goodbye and bring some sense of closure to my father's passing.

My family and I are truly indebted to both Marianne and Melissa. The love and care they took in putting the events of this day together for my father felt as though they were doing it for their own loved one. If it was important to us, it was important to them!
