Shaun was so much fun and so easy to work with. Everyone in the wedding party loved him and he did an amazing job of capturing our day!

We paid for Shaun to do our wedding photos and a photo album last June, 2019. The photos were delivered to us 3 months after the wedding and were fine, no major issues. However, the wedding album never showed up. I politely asked when we should expect to receive it, and Shaun kept saying "Its finished, I'll put it in the mail tomorrow." This went on for months, and every time I asked about it, I got the same response. "I've been so busy, I forgot to put it in the mail. I'll do it today."

It has now been over a year, and still no album. I have been 100% polite and so patient in all of my correspondence with Shaun. I recently started trying to call him so that we could discuss the issue. He didn't answer any of my calls. Now when I call, I get exactly one ring before it goes to voicemail; a pretty clear indication that he has blocked my number. He won't respond to text messages or emails either.

We PAID for a wedding album, it says so in our contract. And it was never received. Basically he STOLE some of our money, didn't deliver what he promised, and is now blocking all of our calls and refusing to talk to us. Our wedding was the most important day of our lives, and this is how he treats us? Absolutely unprofessional! Not the sort of attitude that you want from someone who is charging thousands of dollars to capture your most precious of days. Do yourself a favour and hire a different photographer.

As the mother of the bride my heart is broken from the horrible photos that were taken of our once in a lifetime special day. Shaun advertises landscape, nature and airel views in which we had none although the wedding was taken at the okanagan lake Resort. The quality of the photos were so poor and off centered. We have been treated with disrespect, no replys have been made to us from Shaun. The integrity and professionalism of this company is a disgrace to our lovely community. My heart is broken!

We lucked out with finding Shaun from Moments Under Frame! Right from the start he was always there with whatever we needed from basic planning, finding vendors, giving us updates, staying in touch, and just overall helping with anything we needed. Shaun blew us away on our wedding day with his creativity and ability to take pictures, make a video, and vlog all at the same time. Shaun is personable, professional, and overall the best vendor we had for our entire wedding! He is already sending us pictures. We can’t imagine our wedding now without him apart of it! He made our wedding more than what we could have ever imagined!
