  Look no further than Kismet!

  If you are on the fence on whether to have Kismet for you wedding, take this as your sign to trust Mark & his team. Mark was a dream to work with and created the most special & perfect film for our wedding. Not only did we get an amazing teaser and full film, but we also received an amazing edit of our entire ceremony (so we forever get to watch our ceremony from start to finish) and full versions of every speech. Being able to watch these moments back and relive those moments is something we will be forever grateful for. Photos are special, but hearing your parents and family members voices is next level and happy that we hired Kismet to bring our day to life.
  
  Mark was also extremely open to feedback and when we told him there were certain shots we were looking for, he didn’t hesitate to make the shot swap and bring certain shots in that we wanted in the final version. He was friendly and his creative vision was great. Watching our full ceremony, the speeches, followed by our film will be our anniversary tradition forever. Thank you Mark and team for giving us this memory that we couldn’t be more grateful to have.

  Beautiful storytelling

  We are still so thrilled with our wedding video by Kismet - this company showcases such unique storytelling compared to other videography examples we looked into. Mark was professional and communicative which really helped reduce our stress during the uncertainty of the pandemic (our wedding was July 2021). When there was an unavoidable issue that came up, Mark offered 4 very reasonable alternative options for how we could modify our package, plus the offer to refund our deposit if we decided those weren't right for us. We really appreciated the time that he put into coming up with different solutions, and we are so happy that it worked out well! All the videos (highlight, ceremony, speeches) are such high quality and we still love to watch them even almost 2 years later.

  Above, Beyond, & Amazing!

  First and foremost, it was a pleasure for Alexandra and I to get to work with your whole team. Wow, you made us love our video even more than we already did! We really want to thank you for being so receptive to our feedback and requests - you have gone above and beyond (in a number of ways) and we are truly grateful.   Amazing Videos!

  Mark and his associate filmed our wedding last October and both my wife and I love our videos! We're from out of town, so initially we corresponded with Mark over email, and then had a Skype video chat to discuss wedding details a few months before the wedding. A few days before the wedding, we met with Mark in person to finalize the details. On the day of the wedding, Mark's associate filmed at my place, and Mark filmed at my wife's place. Then we all met at the site of the "first look". Actually, they had already scouted out a good location near the church for the first look portion of the video! Then we proceeded with the remainder of the day, with both of them filming the ceremony at the church, and then finally the wedding reception. And I must say the videos turned out wonderful! We are exceptionally pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism exhibited by them both, and the accommodations they made for our particular circumstances. I wanted all the raw footage (in addition to our highlight film and full-length film), so I gave Mark an external hard drive I bought on Black Friday and gave it to him over Christmas while visiting Toronto. He then mailed it back with all the footage and films when they were ready. Since we live in the US, he mailed it all the way down, which was extremely kind of him! We highly recommend Kismet Creative!

  My wife and I know how lucky we are that we were able to have the team at Kismet Creative film our wedding. There are a lot of wedding videographers out there, and they do a lot of great work, but what Kismet does is something truly different, something really... magical.
  
  They tell stories in their films and find a way to understand who you are, what is important and special to you, what your history is as a couple and what getting married means to you. Everything from the music they choose, the interlacing of audio they select, and the artistic flair they incorporate reflects this. They capture the essence and feeling of the love you have and the atmosphere of the occasion, and preserve it in a way that enables you to live the day over and over again, as if you are physically immersed in the video, experiencing it again anew.
  
  If you read the other reviews you will have read how professional they are, from start to finish, and we definitely experienced this as well. Mark was always easy to reach, always very helpful, and on the actual day of the wedding they were so calm and composed. This in turn helped us stay calm and enabled us to just take it all in and enjoy every moment of our wedding, and for that we are truly grateful.
  
  If you get an opportunity to work with Kismet Creative, and they are still available on your wedding day, pinch yourself because you just got incredibly lucky: they are not only the Gold Standard, they are on a higher level: they are the "Magic Standard".

  Mark and his team were absolutely amazing to work with! We booked early to secure our November date and were so happy that we did. From the first skype meeting (our wedding was destination) to the day of Mark was super easy to work with, quick to respond and extremely professional. On the day of we almost didn't even notice he was there with the cameras as he is such an expert in his field. He communicated amazingly with the other vendors and together they ensured that every moment was captured. I am beyond excited to see our video and know that with a portfolio like Kismet's it will be everything we want and more.

  We hired Mark after we were on the fence about hiring any videographer at all. It was the last thing we decided to do as it wasn't really a top priority for us or thought we had the budget to do it oh my goodness i am glad we made it work! After many emails and questions back and forth, Mark was so professional and friendly and his work is amazing. My husband was the one who was the most on the fence about it and now he CANNOT stop raving about our video and how happy he is we got it! We were worried it would feel like the paparazzi was following us around at our wedding but we honestly didn't even notice he was there shooting! The product of our highlight video is incredible and beyond gorgeous. It captured everything- wonderful moments and memories and you can actually feel the love coming thru and thats something pictures just can't do. We can't believe we ever weren't going to have it! Mark, we can't thank you enough for our beautiful video! It blew us away!!!

  We randomly found one of Kismet Creative's videos online and decided to book him to shoot at our wedding in Whistler, back in 2015. Mark and his team did such an amazing job at documenting our big day. To this day, I still get all the #feels when I watch our video. Mark was professional, hard-working and courteous throughout the whole process. Despite his talents, he had absolutely no ego and was super flexible in working with our requests. Look no further, book them already.
