6 months post wedding. They won’t respond to our emails. I have no idea when or if they ll send us our wedding video. Absolutely would never use them again for anything. Use anyone but then. At least another company might treat you like a human being

Having a wedding video was really important to us. Driftwood was one of the first vendors we wanted to hire. So disappointed to say that while we were happy with our finished product, I would definitely not recommend hiring Driftwood. Not only were they incredibly difficult to get in touch with, we didn’t get our final video until 13 months after our wedding. This was after repeatedly emailing and calling, eventually saying we had enough and we would drive to their studio to get our video because we were so tired of waiting. They blamed it on: their new intern, their travel schedule, can’t get to their studio, too busy, waiting on new video packaging, etc. Completely unprofessional and no idea how to run a business, especially one in the wedding industry where standards are high. They have other businesses on the side and we certainly felt like those were their priority - not us.

After coming to the conclusion that none of the videographers in our area matched the style of video we wanted, we regretfully decided we just wouldn't have a wedding video. I had seen some of Driftwood's work and knew that they were exactly the style we wanted, but we live so far away from them that I didn't think it would be worth asking them. A couple weeks passed, and we were still regretting that we wouldn't have a video to remember our wedding by. So I decided to ask Zach and Jesse, but I knew it was a long shot. However, being the generous gents that they are, they happily agreed! My husband and I (and our parents, who also wanted a wedding video) were thrilled!

They came well out of their way to be there (all the way from Ontario to North Dakota!), did everything we wanted, and gave us an end product that will be a joy to re-watch over the years to come. With all the busy-ness of a wedding day, it's impossible to remember everything, and the video they made for us captured all the important memories– and in a distinct style that we loved!

It took a bit longer than expected to receive the video, but it was worth the wait. I can't put into words how thankful I am for all the work and effort they put in to come all the way to North Dakota and capture our special day. I would highly recommend this talented team of videographers!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Driftwood. My husband is Australian and I am Canadian so we had two weddings. The first was in Australia in November 2010 followed by a second wedding in Canada in March 2011 and the result from the video was AMAZING! It turned out far better than anything we could have ever hoped for!

We changed our wedding date last minute and Jesse flew out to Australia to film our wedding with only 5 weeks notice. He wasn't your typical 'professional'. He was better. He helped to keep the day light hearted and fun.

Both Jesse and Zach filmed our second wedding in Canada. They worked seamlessly and even surprised us with some photos that they had taken. They were also beautiful.

Jesse asked us if we wanted to see the video before our Canadian wedding or if we would rather wait and see it with all of our guests at the reception. We thought it would be special to share that moment with our guests and we could not have been more right. In between the morning of our Canadian ceremony and our reception that night, as a surprise, Jesse edited footage from the day and added it to our original video with the footage from Australia. He put it all together to create the most special wedding video. If you saw it, I guarantee you would agree and hire Driftwood on the spot. They are incredibly talented and worth every single penny. We will cherish our wedding video forever!
