We couldn’t be happier with our wedding video! Matt absolutely crushed it from start to finish. He was professional, easygoing, and clearly passionate about what he does. He captured every special moment perfectly and went above and beyond our expectations.
The quality and attention to detail were incredible. We only just got our wedding package but have already watched our video countless times and it brings us right back to the day every time. We can’t recommend Matt enough. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Matt is the guy for your wedding! -

Matt captured our love story in our engagement session as well as our wedding. He captured my husband's reaction during my bridal entrance, which was my favourite part! We're so impressed by the quality of his work, his film style, his set-up, his easy-going personality and overall professionalism. He provided the lav mics to record our audio, multiple camera angles for the ceremony shot, 2 sneak peeks & drove all the way from the Fraser Valley to our filming spot that was conveniently close to us. We truly felt that we were well taken cared of. It was refreshing to bounce off ideas to him that he delivered in our videos. We highly recommend doing a consultation and booking him in your next important event!

Dream Come True
Matt, was able to capture our very special day and have it tell a story from prep work till the lead up to full ceremony itself.
I had contacted Matt on such short notice, it was less than 3 months, and he was able to make it happen for us. Matt was great and was able to get our small snippets of private time. Although it was a small wedding it perfectly incapsulated the emotions during that day.
I had one request of Matt for the video. Just capture all the quirky moments, the funny moments and have our personalities shine rather than having specific moments super planned.
As you can probably tell by the screenshot attached that we really loved getting the candid moments. which Is why I definitely would recommend Matt to anyone that wants to capture their very special day.
Another thing I want to highlight, is that Matt was able to accommodate all of our requests. I asked for raw recordings of the audio and he was able to accommodate it as soon as he could. I cannot recommend Matt enough. He definitely made our wedding extremely special for both my Wife and I.Civis Creative Films's reply:

Our Wedding

We are happy we found Matt when we did! We were nearing our wedding date and had started to change our minds about having a videographer come and capture our day. We didn't want to rely on our wedding party and friends and family to capture videos and were worried we would regret not having any quality film of our wedding. Thank goodness we reached out to Matt! He was professional, timely, creative, warm, and just fun to hang out with! He captured so many key moments of our day in such an elegant and natural way while giving us the space to connect with our friends and family as well as each other. When we received the "sneak peek" we both had tears of joy as we relived the best day of our lives. And watching the full version was even better! Being able to share it with our family was also special and we are so thankful that we have such a special piece from our wedding to watch through the years. Thank you, Matt! -
