Ariel at Alpha High Definition has been the definition of flexible and professional thus far! We have had to postpone our wedding reception twice due to COVID and each time, Ariel has been more than understanding and was willing to work with us.
This summer we decided to go ahead with a backyard ceremony and again push the reception to next year, and in doing so, we decided to split up our video coverage as our budget would not allow comprehensive footage on both days. For the ceremony, our most important caveat was having livestream footage so that the majority of guests who would no longer be attending in person would be able to see and feel engaged. Ariel was able to provide the services of a specialized and experienced livestream videographer to give us an hour of footage, which was more than sufficient to capture the ceremony itself and our first dances. Peter and his wife Jane were extremely professional and set up everything as unobtrusively as possible, and were able to provide crystal clear video and audio. They were very efficient, you would barely notice they were there doing their thing! The only thing that does not pick up well is the ceremony music, but that is not due to any error of Alpha High Definition - we had not thought about professional sound systems for the yard until way too late.
Ariel will be editing our ceremony footage into the reception footage of next year, and we very much look forward to seeing the final product all woven together. Given the challenging nature of weddings in a pandemic, we are very satisfied with Alpha High Definition thus far!

In the battle of deciding what is essential and where we can trim some fat in the wedding planning process, we count our blessings that incorporating quality video footage was not compromised. Ariel saw the hesitation in our then young and inexperienced eyes. He took the time to meet with us in person (so rare these days) and patiently guided us through creating a vision for our special day. To this day, we’re still not sure what to be more impressed by (1) how Ariel managed to capture every moment (staged + authentic) or (2) how he did it while blending in almost seamlessly. After wedding Alpha High Def took our trail long list of priorities from our vision meeting and *tailor quality stitched* all the precious moments from our day into story backed by music (significant to our culture and personality). Having been so caught up in the moment, it’s been a blessing to be able to sit back and giggle at all the little details we missed. 3yrs later and we still love every moment or our wedding day video!

What can I say. Alpha High Definition was amazing. I’m sure going to hire them for my next event. The organization of the company was outstanding. They were always there to answer my calls and always made time for me. I’ve seen other wedding videos and Alpha High Definition is by far the best company for wedding videography.

We were very pleased with our weddding video. Ariel was excellent with capturing the special moments at the church and reception! The videographer was very considerate of what to include in the video, such as going around to guests at the reception to ask them to send us their well wishes and capturing fun moments on the dance floor! He sent us the final DVD in a reasonable time after the wedding and their prices were affordable. Overall great value and service for the modest bride!
