Shawn was super responsive making sure that our timeline was all set up for our wedding night. Our limo arrived early to take us to our wedding venue and to take us to our hotel at the end of the night. The limo was clean and comfortable, the ac was especially appreciated as it was over 30 degrees. Would definitely recommend booking with destinations chauffeurs for your next event! -

We definitely recommend this service. My wife and I booked with Shawn and don't regret it. He was very responsive with any questions, driver was on time and extremely friendly, flexible and helpful and the limo experience was amazing! We used Destinations Chauffeurs for our wedding day in the Toronto/Mississauga area, and they were absolutely fantastic. We had a group of 14 guests, and the experience from start to finish was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The limo arrived early, was spotless, and felt luxurious inside. Our chauffeur was incredibly kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran on time and everyone was comfortable. Communication with Shawn before the event was also excellent—he was responsive, flexible, and genuinely wanted to make our day special. Shawn was our source of communication and together we built a suitable timeline for the drivers. We had two limos in the afternoon (one to take the bridesmaids and the other the groomsmen to our wedding venue) and one to take my husband and I home at the end of our wedding. Everything went smooth as can be! The drivers were punctual yet patient as putting on a wedding dress slows you down. The drivers were polite, professional and drove responsibly. The limos were clean and the AC was comfortable. Loved every moment of it! HIGHLY RECCOMEND! -

I rented a limo for my son’s grade 8 graduation. From the onset Shawn was very professional. Answering the many questions I had, with frequent communication leading up to the graduation. On the day of the event, Shawn messaged me to inquire whether we would agree to a free upgrade. The vehicle we had reserved had an issue with the air conditioning, and because it was extremely hot that day, Shawn wanted to ensure everything would be perfect. And it was, the driver arrived 15 minutes earlier, which allowed the boys to take pictures and explore the Hummer. The driver was polite and professional getting the children to the destination safely and on time. I would highly recommend Destinations Chauffeurs. -

We were very happy with our decision to go with Destinations Chauffeurs. Shawn was very helpful and informative over the phone and made the whole process very easy. Shawn also made sure that all the pick up and drop off times, and locations were confirmed. We booked three rides throughout the day and the driver arrived earlier than expected to each location and patiently waited for us, which was nice and efficient. Through comparison shopping, I found that Destinations Chauffers was more affordable than other competitor companies while maintaining an excellent quality of service. The vehicle itself was clean and spacious, and there were water bottles waiting for us in the limo. We could also hook our Bluetooth up to the speakers in the limo, which was a lot of fun for the bridal party. Overall it was an excellent decision to hire Destinations Chauffeurs for our special day, and I would recommend them to anyone in the future!
