I had the pleasure of renting a Rolls Royce from Crown & Carriage for my wedding day, and I cannot recommend them enough! From my first phone call with the owner, Jhon, it was a seamless, stress-free experience. The entire process, from booking to the wedding day, was handled with such professionalism.
On the day of, the car was in immaculate condition—clean, well-maintained, and simply stunning. They arrived ahead of time to ensure everything was running smoothly, which really helped calm any wedding day nerves. They went above and beyond, staying with us from the ceremony to the photoshoot and back to the venue, always making sure we were on schedule.
Our guests were in awe of the car, and their service truly exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for exceptional service and a stress-free experience, I highly recommend Crown & Carriage. They were a huge part of making our day perfect!Crown & Carriage's reply:

Rolls Royce rental for our wedding
We rented the rolls royce ghost for our wedding. The service was truly exceptional. From the prompt and courteous communication to the professionalism of our chauffeur, every detail was handled flawlessly. Best luxury car rental company !!!
Everything was perfect! The service was exactly as promised, the chauffeur was punctual, and the person in charge of the rental was very flexible and highly professional. Truly an excellent experience – I highly recommend this company !Crown & Carriage's reply:

Wedding May 25, 2024
The review says it all!
Planning a wedding (especially a big one like ours!) comes with coordinating with several vendors
Jonathan & his team were so professional, patient, accomodating, and quick to answer our needs which was a huge want for us
Our driver kept asking us the day of if he can help us in any way, even offering to do stuff not required for him to do (helping our elderly family members walk, asking if he can hold anything, asking if he can go and get anything) this was extremely appreciated !
Car was super clean & comfy which is a huge plus in a big wedding dress
We cannot wait to use them again for future events

Super friendly and professional. Cars are beautiful and clean!! Driver was amazing. Polite, helpful and flexible. Arrived on time and followed our schedule. Everything was smooth and hassle free. The driver even helped place my dress and veil for pictures! You won’t regret booking them for your next event! 🤍🤍🤍Crown & Carriage's reply:

Je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme remarquable de Jonathan et de toute son équipe. Dès le premier contact téléphonique, Jonathan a su m'inspirer confiance. Suite à notre conversation, il a rédigé un contrat clair et a honoré toutes ses promesses.
Le jour de mon mariage, Jonathan n'a pas pu être présent, mais il a envoyé son employé, Frère, qui s'est révélé encore plus aimable. Pendant notre séance photo, Jason nous a même aidés avec plusieurs aspects, montrant un véritable engagement envers un service de qualité.
La voiture que j'ai louée était conforme aux photos, et même mieux. L'intérieur était impeccablement propre et dégageait une odeur agréable, ce qui a vraiment ajouté à l'expérience.
Franchement, le service que j'ai reçu de cette compagnie a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Je la recommande vivement, car vous ne serez pas déçu par leur professionnalisme et leur attention aux détails.

Thoughtful & Considerate
One of the best decisions we took for our wedding is hiring this company. The chauffeur is truly a gentleman. With all the stress a wedding can cause, somehow we felt calm and safe! It's truly thanks to this company. The Rolls Royce was gorgeous and the overall experience was even more beautiful! Thank you so much for everything you guys did that day :) I would recommend this company to everyone a 1000%
