My now-husband and I first met Ella at a bridal show last winter, and we instantly connected with her (She passed the vibe check!). She was warm, knowledgeable, and someone we immediately felt we could trust with our wedding.
During our first meeting, she explained all of her services, from full planning to day-of coordination. We chose the day-of coordination package, and it was one of the best decisions we made.
Ella's attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment delivering the best events were evident throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond to emails, worked closely with our vendors and bridal party, and made sure every detail was accounted for.
On the wedding day, we were able to relax and be fully present because Ella had everything under control. She brought our vision to life, kept the day running smoothly, and handled last-minute adjustments with ease and confidence. Her floral recommendations were also fantastic and contributed beautifully to the overall aesthetic of the day.
We are so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding.

If you are looking for a day-of coordinator who will allow you to completely let go and enjoy your wedding, you need to hire Angella and her incredible team! We had seamless check ins with Angella both over email and over call to go over the details of our wedding day, and she immediately put us at ease. She asked and prompted us excellent questions, even crucial things we hadn’t even thought of ourselves—to ensure the day would go perfectly smoothly. We were able to transition our vendor communications to her, which was met with prompt, streamlined efficiency.
On the actual wedding day, Angella was always a kind, calming, and grounding presence, yet she managed the entire event with incredible grace and authority. We had a lot of asks for the day, but we felt so taken care of by Angella and her team. I loved that I didn't have to lift a single finger because I knew every detail was already handled. She even went above and beyond by managing our designated iPhone tripod to capture videos of our key moments, perfectly executing a very specific request we had. Her attention to detail and work ethic are simply unparalleled. I highly recommend Angella to any couple! -

Angella was very professional, knowledgable, and reliable to work with. We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding, after meeting her at the Canada's Bridal Show.
She arrived a lot earlier than expected to decorate and set everything up for us. She coordinated with all of our vendors, managed timelines, and communicated important details throughout the day, allowing us to enjoy our wedding, stress-free. She stayed focused and remembered every small detail we told her about during the planning phase.
I would highly recommend hiring Angella for your event. We didn't think we needed a day-of coordinator, but are relieved we hired Angella because she provided a lot of advice and suggestions from her years of experience. It was amazing to have someone to rely on to make sure the wedding went smoothly.

Angella was our Day of Coordinator for our August wedding and she coordinated everything from our Morning Breakfast, Getting Ready & Photoshoot to our Church Ceremony & Reception at The Guild Inn Estate. It was amazing to have her every step of the way - she is the GOAT. Hiring her & her team was one of the best decisions we ever made!
Leading up to the day, I was super overwhelmed and had no real vision for how everything should actually look set up. We pretty much just handed over all the decor and things we had to her, and she completely blew us away with what she did with everything! She made everything look SO BEAUTIFUL and even bought extra items to make the setups look even better. She and her team handled the clean up and set up of the decor and table setups, and we were so impressed with what they were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time!
A few more reasons why she was an absolute lifesaver:
- Always on top of EVERYTHING: She was so insanely responsive and on the ball throughout the whole process. She was so quick to act with whatever questions and change we threw her way.
- Incorporated cultural & personal details PERFECTLY: We had a lot of personal details & Filipino traditions we wanted to incorporate and she handled them all so well, plus a bunch of last-minute additions without blinking an eye. She really wanted to make sure our wedding went well and felt like us and we were so grateful that she took the time to care about those details as much as we did.
- FLAWLESS Execution: From keeping our schedule running smoothly to making sure our reception details (like our Kahoot trivia) went off without a hitch, she had every single detail under control. She always seemed to be able to read my mind, as even when I wasn’t sure how to explain my vision, she knew what I was looking for and knew the right questions to ask vendors!
We were able to actually relax and enjoy the entire day because we knew we were in the best hands. Our wedding turned out so perfect, and we're both so grateful for her. Could not recommend her enough, 10/10! Thank you, Angella and team, for being so amazing & kind! 💖 -

I truly cannot say enough good things about Angella! She was an absolute lifesaver and made my life so much easier. There are so many little details that go into planning a wedding that I never would have even thought of, and having her there to help us through everything took so much stress off my plate.
She was always organized, helpful, and so easy to work with. Anytime I had a question, was stressed about something, or needed help figuring out a detail, I knew I could go to her.
On the actual wedding day, she was amazing. I genuinely didn’t have to worry about anything and was able to just enjoy the day because I knew she was taking care of everything behind the scenes. Our day went so smoothly, and so much of that was because of her.
I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her and would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. She made the whole experience so much easier and allowed me to actually enjoy the process instead of stressing over every little thing. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day perfect! ❤️ -

Perfect Day
We met Angella at the Toronto Bridal Show and hired her as a month of coordinator. She was incredibly responsive, supportive, detail-oriented during the planning and execution stages. On the day of wedding we had no cares in the world and were able to just enjoy the day. Angella is an amazing wedding planner and we felt so grateful to have her on our team. You won’t go wrong with choosing her. -
