I had a great experience using unparalleled weddings and events. From the very beginning they were so thorough, and prepared all the right documents and asked all the right questions. They did not miss a single detail and they really knew what they were doing. Everything we spoke about was remembered. It always felt like they were on top of things and organized especially on the wedding day. I like how professional they were. They really took their job seriously and wanted to make sure my day was perfect. The day of the rehearsal and the actual wedding day my planner Jocelyn was always on top of things and kept us on track. Jocelyn never left my side (the bride) and was always ready to do the next thing. She was very prepared and it just felt like if something were to go wrong she had a solution. I was just so impressed with Jocelyn and her team's work ethic that day and so were my friends and family. My day wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without them. I would definitely recommend them to future friends/family that plan to get married! -

From day one, her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail were completely unmatched. She was always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we needed and keeping our timeline running flawlessly. Victoria was considerate of our budget and preferences, offering practical and creative recommendations and ensuring we didn't have to stress over a single thing on our wedding day. Victoria and her team were amazing to work with. Victoria is organized, understanding and a great problem solver. We had the most perfect winter wedding recently and it was all thanks for Victoria and her team. They took care of us and made sure the day went smoothly and on time. We also had her design the table # cards, name cards and website, which all turned out lovely. I highly recommend them for all your planning needs! -

When I got engaged, the one thing everyone told me to book first was a planner or month-of coordinator. Victoria was recommended to me by a friend, and I liked her from our very first meeting. I hired her as a partial planner, and she was actually the first vendor I booked—about a year and a half before the wedding.
Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly helpful. She provided great vendor recommendations, assisted with contracts, and shared ideas based on her experience and knowledge of the area. One of the biggest things we appreciated was her help with the wedding aesthetics. We honestly have a terrible eye for design, but Victoria completely understood our vision. We gave her the “puzzle pieces” and some direction, and she and her team put everything together beautifully—from the flowers to the décor.
The wedding day itself would have been a disaster without Victoria and her team. They made sure everything ran seamlessly and that all items were placed correctly and didn’t get lost. Thanks to them, we were able to completely turn off our brains and truly enjoy our wedding day without a single worry. Hiring Victoria was one of the best decisions we made. -

We first met Victoria at one of our good friend’s weddings. We watched her plan and manage every detail with such skill and grace, we were instantly impressed. In fact, her talent was so unmatched that our entire friend group ended up asking her to plan all of our weddings—and every time, she somehow managed to outdo herself. Naturally, when it was our turn to tie the knot, we knew exactly who to call.
Victoria did not fail to impress. The entire process leading up to our wedding was completely flawless and felt effortless. We had several meetings with her to ensure our vision came to life, and she not only aligned with our goals right away, but also offered ideas and options we hadn’t even considered. She attended our vendor meetings—both in-person and online—and always made sure we were getting fair prices. She even created a very detailed schedule for our day and coordinated communication across all vendors so that we didn't have to! I would never be able to make such a schedule by myself without stressing.
Then came the last-minute curveball - rain on our wedding day. We had planned an outdoor photoshoot with the wedding party, but now needed to pivot to an indoor location. Of course, we weren’t the only wedding party who had the same idea. Within 30 minutes, Victoria found three incredible indoor options that matched our vision. To secure the booking (which was super competitive), she and her team had seven phones going at once, calling every venue. After an hour of trying, she pulled through and got us the reservation! (Thank goodness!)
On the actual wedding day, we didn’t feel an ounce of stress. We were able to truly enjoy every moment. Any issues that came up never reached our ears until after the fact because it was attended to instantly by Unparalleled Weddings. For example, our Polaroid camera ran out of battery—Victoria’s team handled it immediately and restocked all the cameras! For all we knew - they were always working. I even had a grass/mud stain on my wedding dress, and Victoria came fully prepared with all the essentials to clean it off. She was ready for everything!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNPARALLELED WEDDINGS! I have recommended her to my recently engaged friends because she is just that good! My only regret? Choosing the partial planning package—we honestly wish we had gone with the full planning option!
Unparalleled Weddings is, without a doubt, the best wedding coordinator in the business. I cannot emphasize that enough. -

Absolutely top-tier wedding planning service, it was worth every penny! Victoria was our planner 3-months in advance (helped with vendor negotiations), and day-of-coordinator - together with her team, execution was flawless, and took so much stress off our plates. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone considering a wedding planner, I guarantee you won't regret it!
