  Destination wedding

  We had the pleasure of working with Jen for our destination wedding. The day after I messaged her she had alot of information sent to us to review on different resorts. Within 4 days we had chosen our resort! She made everything so easy and I am so happy we chose her as our TA.
  Half way into our trip planning my family had an tragedy happen, my brother got into an accident and ended up being paralyzed from his chest down. This threw everything off with our wedding plans we already had like location of ceremony and transportation. She had everything fixed and helped me change everything So everything was accessible for my brother. I can honestly say I was not stressed. I would highly recommend Jen ! It was a great experience and I wouldn't change anything :)

  Jen was amazing! She was very quick to respond even outside of business hours, and she was very accommodating to our large group of 80 guests. She was always able to get ahold of the resort if there were issues and dealt with them directly so we wouldn’t have to. I would highly recommend Jen as a travel agent and will be sure to use her again in the future!

  Jen was awesome. She was there whenever we needed her, answered our emails right away talked me off the ledge at times when I was totally stressed out.... even when she was on vacation. Absolutely would recommend her.

  Jen was honestly amazing! She was so attentive even when she was on vacation herself, she always made sure I got my answers in a timely manner. We had a group of 50+ people for our destination wedding and she made the planning that much more easier, some of our family was not the easiest to deal with and that never stopped Jen. Her customer service was top notch! She was like a wedding planner, always there to ensure I was able to connect with the resort for our wedding inquiries. Our weddng was perfect and we can't thank Jen enough for making it such a smooth process.
  I would recommend her to anyone and already have! You can't go wrong :)

  AMAZING to work with, answers always pleasant even when questions are almost ridiculous! Very understanding of changes and opinions too! I was a planner for the wedding party so lots of questions!!! :) Thanks for making it a pleasure to plan!

  She was very good with everything, the only thing that I would have liked differently would have been a later contract date, air miles or aeroplane points, and a price match past the expiry date, none of which were in her control

  Jen Jackson was extremely helpful in helping us find out destination wedding location. She provided in depth information from many different options. She was extremely responsive and available which was very helpful. One complaint is that we ended up spending more than we had expected on our wedding as we were not aware of all the additional costs that were not originally mentioned. We thought a wedding package of whatever price would cover most of the wedding but everything, flowers, chairs, napkins, etc were all extra. Some of our promised items (like plane seat upgrade for bride and groom) did not happen. Jen had some disagreements with people that had to cancel or make changes, but she was always kind and accommodating with me. Overall we had a great experience working with Jen and I would recommend her to a friend.

  Right when we met Jen, we knew that she was the right travel agent for us. She was prepared to answer all our questions right there and then, and it was clear that she was dedicated to help us plan our dream destination wedding. She thoroughly explained the various wedding options and compared packages for us. Throughout the months we worked with her, she was always quick to respond to our many emails and questions. She made herself available even while she was travelling. Jen even created a personalized wedding website for our guests to get all the information they needed and she communicated with them to organize travel arrangements. Above all, Jen made our whole experience seamless and stress free. We highly recommend using Jen as your travel agent!

  Amazing service! Our guests who traveled with us made comments like "wow! Jen get's back to us super fast", and "what great service our agent provides". Have such a great agent made the planning process much more enjoyable :)
