  As one of the bridesmaids, I would like to sincerely thank you so much for everything you and your team provided on the day of the wedding. I know it made a huge difference for the Bride especially to be able to just relax and enjoy her special day (and I know her well enough to know that she would've been a basket-case without you!).   To all those soon-to-be-brides out there, Trevor Frankfort is an absolute gem. From his attention to detail to his supreme organization skills to his award-winning team, you really cannot go wrong. As a bridesmaid, Trevor and his team made me feel at home through all the chaos, reassuring us or providing us with appropriate instruction every step of the way. Even more importantly, I felt like he truly made a genuine connection with both the bride, groom, and the entire bridal party, making their special day all the more magical!

  Trevor is the best!

  We hired Trevor as our month of coordinator for our wedding a few weekends ago (October 19, 2019). Trevor was an absolute dream to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was perfect for our big day. He was very professional and handled every problem/issue that was thrown our way with such grace. Trevor has an incredible personality and sense of humour, by the end we felt like he was a part of our family. Knowing we had Trevor by our side really put my mind at ease and I would highly recommend his services to all future brides and anyone else hosting a special event.

  We hired Trevor as our month of coordinator for our wedding a few weekends ago (October 19, 2019). Trevor was an absolute dream to work with.   Lacks customer service and contacts

  I hired Trevor for FULL wedding planning because on first impression he seemed well organized, showed us all these timetables and notes along with his emergency kit. I give him 0 stars because the below was written in our contract which he failed all:
  
  - Support unlimited via telephone, email and text to be returned within 48 hours or sooner (FALSE- he was not responsive within 48 hours)
  - 2 Vendor recommendations per category (FALSE, he only pushed one and then if you push for another to compare).
  - Assisting with choosing the right vendors for you and your budget (False - he knows limited vendors and recommended Vista Print for my invitations when we were more of a high end wedding not DIY)
  - Act as liaison between your vendors and you (TRUE if you don't mind a unprofessional individual representing you. Trevor was rude to a highly reputable make up artist studio in Toronto that I asked to get quoted because he became frustrated, they advised me of his behavior). Trevor also advised me that things such as make up was not a "rush" to book for the wedding and then when the vendors of my choice were booked up, he got frustrated and took it out on the vendor.
  
  Trevor in my opinion lacks professionalism, customer service, organization and above all experience.

  My number one priority (and what I’m most proud of) is the service I provide to the people that I work with (see all my other reviews). I enjoy fostering positive relationships with my couples (and vendors) based on open communication and realistic expectations of each other and of the event that we are working on.
  In my experience, this is the road that leads to a perfect, stress free event. Unfortunately we were not the right fit as a team and we had to end our working relationship. Because of this, when you stated you no longer wanted to continue with my services, I agreed because it was the right decision for everyone. I hope you found another wedding planner who was a better fit for your needs and that you have the wedding of your dreams!

  Trevor made it possible

  While planning for our wedding, Michael and I pretty much took care of it until the end... or so we thought. When it came down to the 6 week crunch, we realized that all those fine details of the last few weeks were quickly adding up to be a big issue. That's when we hired Trevor. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to articulate what we wanted, even when we were vague or weren't sure what to go with for certain things. He was able to think on his feet and clear up all the little snags that we couldn't have predicted. He definitely saved the day and made it run smoothly for the two of us!

  He was "the one"!

  You know how you feel when you know you've found "the one"? That's how you should feel when you meet your wedding planner! When I met Trevor at Canada's Bridal Show in Sept 2017, my husband and I had gotten very little accomplished on our own. As we spoke, Trevor's confidence and knowledge put all my concerns and fears at ease. I felt as though we were in the right hands! As I described our vision for the day, Trevor knew exactly what I was talking about. As we hired vendors, he articulated that vision to ensure everyone was on the same page. Trevor gave us small, manageable tasks each month to keep things moving along. There were so many details that we NEVER would have thought of had we been planning this wedding on our own. He was always there to listen to my irrational fears (what if the candy is too heavy and the table buckles?!). Trevor made the whole process stress-free (well, as stress-free as it can be!) and would recommend him over and over again!

  the most amazing wedding planner

  I cannot begin to explain what Trevor added to our special day. No amount of words can do the work that he does justice. He is easily our favourite wedding vendor, and is much more then that now. Everything you read here about how amazing of a job he does is true. We have not one single complaint at all. I'm easily a very specific, controlling and hands on person so you could imagine how hard giving up a day like our wedding would be. It was the easiest of things because we had Trevor and I knew without worry that he had everything under control. We had a difficult time with specific vendors and Trevor handled everything like the professional he is. His communication, accessibility, calm demeanour and take charge attitude was exactly what we needed. I cant express how grateful we are to have found him. Do yourself a favour and book him.

  A Whole New World starring Editha and Philip, August 19,2018

  I just can’t imagined how lucky we are to had Trevor as our 1 month wedding planner. I saw Trevor on my Facebook, every time I checked my Fb his profile is popping out. So I’ve decided to read his profile, his worked experiences etc. and without a doubt in my mind his the person I need even my fiancé my husband now says we don’t need a Wedding Planner. But all of those had completely changed after he finally meet Trevor in person. He said “Trevor is absolutely fantastic his ideas are brilliant, he is very excellent in doing all things, very details and very organized. I am so happy that he says YES to the “Wedding Planner” We are very pleased of what Trevor’s worked done in the intire process and in ouI just can’t imagined how lucky we are to had Trevor as our 1 month wedding planner. I saw Trevor on my Facebook, every time I checked my Fb his profile is popping out. So I’ve decided to read his profile, his worked experiences etc. and without a doubt in my mind his the person I need even my fiancé my husband now says we don’t need a Wedding Planner.   Exceptionally organized

  Trevor was absolutely amazing! I met him at a wedding show, took his info then walked away. After basically having a panic attack at the show realizing how much there was to do for a wedding, I quickly went back to the man with the funky bowtie and hired him. It was a decision I never regretted. He was there for us 100% through phone, text or email. He always gave us plenty of options for all the vendors at various price points to show us a range of services out there. The day of the wedding we weren't stressed at all as we knew Trevor would take care of everything (which he did)! Everyone raved about our wedding and especially raved about Trevor and how wonderfully organized the day was. If you can't afford the full wedding planning go for the month of planning, you will not have a worry the big day!

  I met Trevor one year out from our wedding. My then fiancé (now husband) had met him and said he had found us a Wedding planner perfect for us. When Trevor came over to our house I knew right away he was it! We hired him on the spot and from that day forward it was smooth sailing. We cannot begin to say how fun and enjoyable it was to plan our wedding and that was a big part thanks to trevor. He was so well organized, took initiative and was always 5 steps ahead of me. Not an easy task with me being Type A. He always listened to our ideas and with his guidance helped us plan a wedding way beyond what we could have ever imagined. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives. Everything ran perfectly and we could not have done it without Trevor. We got so many compliments from our guests on how helpful he was and how everything was perfection. All the vendors he recommended were also incredible. They are truly the best in the business and care so much about making your wedding the best it can be.
  
  Trevor holds such a special place to both my husband and I. We have so much gratitude for all his support and dedication.

  On October 21, 2017 I married the woman of my dreams. It was an unforgettable night and could not have gone more smoothly. I want to take this moment to commend the work of our amazing, organized and reliable wedding planner, Trevor Frankfort. He worked tirelessly to give Ally the dream wedding she always wanted. With every wedding comes small, unforeseen problems but Trevor was always on top of everything. My bride did NOT have a meltdown at any point of the day and this was because of Trevor’s relentless work behind the scenes. Trevor was the best money we spent during this whole wedding experience. To be honest, he could have charged us double or triple and he still would have been worth every penny. I cannot thank him enough. Trevor is organized, determined, motivated, reliable, relatable... and handsome as hell! What a night! Thank you Trevor!
