I'm grateful I found Pooja and the TFP team to help with month of coordination for my wedding in Mississauga/ Toronto. I also hired TFP as my decorators so having the 2-in-1 made it easier to plan and streamline costs for our multiple events.

We found our venues ourselves but Pooja accompanied us on site visits and was timely and resourceful from day one. She connected with all our site managers and vendors (florist, cake, musician, photo/video, a/v, emcee, and more) a month ahead and helped develop detailed plans for the events, ran over the schedules with us more than once, and graced us with a lot of patience in fine-tuning details till the very last day.

On the creative and design front, Pooja was a great listener, willing to execute our vision and stretch it further. The decor of each event felt true to what we had in mind and we spent countless hours going over itemized lists and options based on initial Pinterest/ mood boards.

There is more I can say about why going with TFP was a good decision, but among the things I most appreciate is that Pooja was always honest where it would make sense to cut costs, or where it would add value to spend more. Weddings in the GTA are expensive and you want to work with someone practical. Weddings are also personal and you want to work with seasoned professionals who can navigate sensitivities. As an interfaith couple (Hindu- Muslim) I found Pooja and team were always respectful and understanding towards the blending of our families and cultures.

Pooja was very patient, competent and transparent to work with. She understood our vision and worked with us to create our ideal décor. As soon we met her, we knew she would do a good job and she definitely delivered. We had a barn wedding in Cavan, Ontario, and the Forever Project delivered and set-up our mandap, photo wall, and all the floral and table décor. They were also able to include fresh flower varmaalas and flower petals for the ceremony. I would highly recommend their services.
