Kirsten and her team at Nobl Events helped make our day perfect. I hired Nobl Events for day of, and the service I got was beyond my expectations. From the day I hired Kirsten, she always said I could email her anytime with questions and concerns. She is extremely organized and well prepared. Our day would not have gone so smoothly without this team. She is so easy to talk to and get along with and always valued our opinions and what we wanted for the wedding. She attended meetings with me and was at the rehearsal to help put things together. On the day of the wedding, the team pulled everything together and made the day so beautiful. If there were any problems, we did not hear of any of them. We could not be more appreciative of Kirsten and her team!Nóbl Events Inc.'s reply:

Working with Kirsten and the team at Nobl events was a wonderful experience! Kirsten is highly professional and knowledgeable and makes the wedding planning process enjoyable. Through getting to know us, our interests, and our values, Kirsten was able to bring the wedding of our dreams into a reality. The vendors she connected us with were phenomenal and the perfect fit for our wedding. Every last detail of the day was carefully considered and planned. Small and thoughtful touches were weaved throughout our wedding that made it even more magical. We still cannot get over how special our day was. I would recommend working with Nobl without any hesitation - we are so thankful that we did! -

Thanks so much to Kirsten and her team! We planned our wedding from overseas, and as the big day approached, we became increasingly worried and nervous. But Kirsten took care of everything for us by coordinating our vendors and prompt replies for us. She really made an effort to understand our story, our vision for our wedding, as well as our wedding day concerns. Her empathy and professionalism was second to none, and our wedding day looked amazing and could not have gone smoother. We would totally recommend Kirsten!Nóbl Events Inc.'s reply:

We first hired Nóbl Events before the Pandemic to help us organize and navigate our wedding day. But once we had to consider postponing our event seriously, Kirsten went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and didn't have to stress all of the details that come with postponing a wedding. When our postponed event looked like it couldn't happen as originally planned, Kirsten helped us ensure that we at least got something for the money we had already spent. With Nóbl Events' help, we were able to put together an intimate event that was even more stunning than I could have imagined. Our guests loved everything they put together for us, and I could not have asked for anyone better to help make something magical happen for our family and us.Nóbl Events Inc.'s reply:

The owner Kirsten is truly a wonderful wedding planner and coordinator. We hired her for the month of the wedding and day-of coordination and she was so essential to our wedding day running so smoothly that we were actually early throughout the day and into the evening. She is very hands-on in the last month but also has monthly touchpoints and a great planning software that makes all of the planning process so easy. Kirsten was so kind, and professional from the first moment we spoke with her and that professionalism continued all the way through to the end of our wedding day. She provided us with excellent recommendations for other vendors who were also very easy to work with. Kirsten made our wedding day and the month leading up to the wedding so stress-free, she handled every detail to absolute perfection. All of our vendors enjoyed working with her as well, telling us at the end of the night that she would be one of their preferred vendors. Kirsten also assisted with so much setup on the day of and helped to make our venue look absolutely magical and helped to take any worries off our minds. I cannot recommend her enough other than to say not hiring her would be the biggest mistake ever!Nóbl Events Inc.'s reply:

I met Kirsten at the Wedding Co. show in 2019 and although I instantly was drawn to her designs and planning style, I was overall unsure about hiring a wedding planner & coordinator as I wasn't so convinced I needed one. As 2020 went on and we had all hopped on the rollercoaster of Covid-19 restrictions, I was feeling so overwhelmed and dizzy, I knew I needed help.
Throughout the year, Kirsten was so kind and extremely patient with us. She would check in and never pushed us to make any decisions we really weren't ready to make, so I knew that she was the perfect one for the job and 100% reccommend her to anyone looking for a personal yet extremely professional planning experience.
You will not find a more sincere, kind, and caring planner as Kirsten. Our monthly and weekly meetings were not only about making decisions, but she also checked in to make sure we were doing and feeling okay. She was there to talk through every detail that we wanted and was ready to help with anything. Also Kirsten and her team were incredibly flexible and patient with us as we navigated through the restrictions and possible postponements and guest cut backs. She was our beacon of hope and positivity and it was extremely reassuring to have a professional tell us the decisions we were making were the right ones for us.
Kirsten also has a wonderful online planning tool that I found extremely helpful for organizing since 99% of our planning was done virtually. It really helped me see every detail and stay within my budget! And I have to mention that Kirsten's roster of recommended vendors are honestly the best I have come across. Every vendor she recommended was a score and we have had many compliments from guests on how every detail was thought out and worked together so seamlessly.
From the beginning Kirsten guided us and helped us take our vision and turn it into a reality which really feels more like a dream now! We can't thank you enough Nobl team for making us feel like we were your only couple, keeping us calm, and giving us a day we will remember forever.Nóbl Events Inc.'s reply:

We met Kirsten pre-pandemic and are so grateful we did. She flawlessly helped us reschedule our wedding three times over the course of a year. Kirsten helped alleviate a lot of the stress and was great at listening to all of our concerns. She also put us in contact with some great decor vendors and coordinated everything. Kirsten’s assistant Melissa was also amazing to work with and was so helpful/kind. We’re so happy to have had the Nobl team help us with our perfect day.Nóbl Events Inc.'s reply:

Kirsten is professional, attentive, responsive, thorough, and most importantly (in our opinions), friendly, warm, and responsive. Kirsten helped coordinate our wedding, touching base with us a few times several months prior to our wedding, and then transitioned into a much more involved role a couple months out.
We met with over 20 wedding coordinators and planners, each with their own style, experiences, and methodologies. Kirsten stood out to us immediately with her genuine excitment, openness, and hospitality towards our vision (which were very rough and vague at the time). As a small but important example, many other planners we talked to were caught off guard by the various common/traditional aspects of weddings that we did not want to include in ours, meaning that our wedding would not follow their "recipe". Kirsten, on the other hand, respectfully listened to our ideas and candidly offered insightful suggestions, while remaining accepting and open-minded.
As we were warned, the final month and week leading up to the wedding are quite busy and can be extremely stressful, but having Kirsten by our side and taking care of all the final details really made it much calmer and enjoyable for us. There is no shortage of things to be done in the final weeks - having someone that has experience and that you trust is invaluable.
On the day of, Kirsten and her team worked tirelessly to make sure that our ceremony and reception area, caterer, musician, officiant, AV technician, flowers, stationery, decor, and many other things that we did not notice were all present, set up properly, and ready to go, all in the span of under 2 hours (due to restrictions from the venue). Even though a couple minor things were missed, Kirsten and her assistants helped turn our year of planning into a reality. We still had a very busy day, but we were able to actually enjoy our wedding that much more thanks to the efforts of Kirsten and her team.
We have so many other positive things to say about Kirsten. She played an undoubtedly huge part in turning the day into our perfect wedding. We are extremely appreciative and thankful to have been able to work with Kirsten and Nóbl Events.Nóbl Events Inc.'s reply:

We met Kirsten and Deborah at the National Bridal Show in Toronto last February. As soon as we started to talk, I felt understood by the Nóbl Team. They are relatively new in the wedding planning field, but they have a lot of experience in event planning. Kirsten already demonstrated her organizational skills during the last 3 months. She established a plan of action with us that is very clear and easy to follow. She is contacting every vendor that we are interested in, making sure they are the right fit for us. She is our advocate and our closest adviser for everything around our wedding. We feel really lucky to have found her and we are looking forward to our big day with confidence, as we know she will be there to make it perfect.
