We booked the full planning & design package with day of management and were lucky to have Lindsay by our side from the moment we secured our venue, about 18 months out, until the big day. She is incredibly organized, experienced, and offered honest, thoughtful advice and recommendations throughout the entire process.
It was especially reassuring to have Lindsay as our planner, knowing she is a Pearle Weddings preferred vendor who has worked at our venue, The Pearle Hotel, countless times. Her familiarity with the space and the team meant everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. She worked seamlessly with the venue staff and provided expert guidance and direction to our other vendors, keeping everyone aligned and on track.
From the very beginning, Lindsay saw and understood our vision. She helped bring it to life by recommending an incredible vendor team, creating detailed mood boards, and making sure every decision reflected what we had imagined.
What truly sets Lindsay apart is how deeply she cares. She wasn’t just our planner — she became a friend and calming presence throughout the journey. Whenever we were overwhelmed or uncertain, she grounded us with patience and grace.
On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly. If there were any hiccups, we never knew — they were handled effortlessly. Lindsay made it possible for us to fully enjoy our day without stress.

Lindsay from LQ Events is the reason our wedding was the best day of our life. Actually- she tackled a full wedding weekend in muskoka with us, and it couldn’t have gone better. Not only did everything run smoothly and efficiently, but Lindsay went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident, comfortable and at ease. Lindsay is a true professional and I was able to put full trust in her without any question in my mind. She gave us the ability to step back from and stress and planning and to just be present and enjoy. To go into your wedding with zero worries and your main focus is just your partner and your experience is what every couple deserves. Lindsay and her assistant Huyam were the reason that happened for us. If you are questioning whether to hire a planner or not, allow me to steer you towards LQ Events because it is 100% worth it. Where do I even begin?
As someone who truly believed we did not need a day of coordinator for our wedding, I was proved wrong by Lindsay.
During our initial consult call prior to booking, Lindsay was calm, informative and didn’t pressure me in any way to book.
I decided to book, thinking it could be good to have an extra set of hands on wedding day.
She was so much more than an extra set of hands!! Lindsay guides you through the whole process, through the use of meetings and her amazing planning template. Any concern you have, she is just an email or call away. As you get closer to wedding day, she liases with vendors to ensure you can focus more on enjoying the lead up to the day. Day of, she does it all!!!
Having Lindsay as a vendor is like having a good friend there all day. She gets to know you and takes over so you can relax and be present. It is truly the experience you WANT on your wedding day. Why pay all that money and spend all of that time to be distracted and stressed when all of your loved ones are there.
You NEED a month of coordinator and Lindsay IS your gal. I promise you that. We are so beyond pleased with our decision and would hire Lindsay again in a heartbeat. Worth every penny and more!!

Josh & I cannot speak highly enough of Lindsay and her passion for what she does! She went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect wedding day!
When we hired Lindsay to assist with our wedding the world was a lot different.
She was a support system for us through every single up & down of planning a wedding during Covid!
From the little details, setting up decor to keeping us on a perfect timeline for the day..we couldn’t have done it without you!

I couldn’t be happier with having Lindsay as our planner. Planning a wedding around Covid limitations and not living in the area where the wedding was taking place was tough. Lindsay made it so much easier for us! She coached us through the whole process and provided lots of support while also making sure that we got exactly what we were envisioning. She is organized, patient, incredibly hard working and just an all around amazing person to work with. Whenever there were problems, she took care of them right away and made us feel so at ease. We were able to relax and enjoy because we knew that she had everything handled. Thanks for making my dream wedding a reality! -

We can’t put into words how wonderful LQ Events was for our wedding day and planning! Lindsay was behind the scenes with setup, ceremony, and reception.
