Eric and I are so glad we chose Laura as our wedding coordinator! From the beginning, she made us feel heard, supported, and confident that our wedding would reflect what mattered to us.
We got married on family property, which meant navigating all the logistics that an established venue would normally handle. I had already poured so much into the planning, and Laura brought the professional guidance we needed to pull everything together. From vendors and timelines to insurance, alcohol requirements, and details we hadn’t considered, she helped us understand both what needed to happen and why.
What meant the most was knowing she was in our corner. She took time to understand our ideas and thoughtfully navigated everyone’s opinions, advocating for our wishes when we needed that support. When hiccups arose, she called them opportunities to pivot or get creative, and we worked through them together.
Laura made the whole experience feel personal. We shared stories, talked through what mattered to us, and felt genuinely cared for, right down to walking down the aisle. Having someone we trusted to handle questions and logistics was such a relief.

Laura and her team are incredible!
Laura, Natalie, and Emma were absolutely incredible to work with for our wedding. Laura was there for me anytime I had a planning question, she came to meetings with us, she helped us find other vendors that we liked and who saw our vision, and she helped us navigate all the hard decisions and discussions that come with a 135 person event! Natalie and Emma joined her for our rehearsal and actual wedding day. They were so calm and kind, they really fit the energy we wanted and made everything go so smoothly and it all looked stunning too! They took the vision I had in my head and made it real. The cherry on top is that if anything went wrong, I know nothing about it. I could not recommend Living It Up Laura more. 💖 -

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner than Laura! She was absolutely instrumental in helping us bring our bespoke wedding at the Royal Botanical Gardens to life.
From the very beginning, Laura took the time to understand our vision and helped us source wonderful vendors who perfectly complemented the style and atmosphere we wanted to create. She went above and beyond to help with all the extra details, big and small, and made sure everything came together beautifully.
The aesthetic of our wedding was so important to us, and Laura truly understood what we were envisioning. She brought an incredible attention to detail, thoughtful ideas, and a calm, organized approach that made the entire planning process feel so much more manageable.

Laura served as my wedding consultant and days-of coordinator for my wedding of 110 people in July 2026. She has a competent network for referrals that impressed us with their quality and saved us thousands. Laura brings extensive experience and knows the ins and outs of venues, food, flowers, decor, services and the little details that make your wedding amazing. In my case we did not have a bridal party and our relatives were coming from afar so we needed a trusted team to do the work to make the day happen. She also partnered exceptionally well with the venue co-ordinator and team. By the end, Laura will feel like a family member and her heart is in everything she does. ❤️ -

Working with Laura was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding—she cared just as much as we did, and that was clear from the very beginning.
From our very first meeting in her home, we signed the contract because we just knew. We didn’t even have to think about it. There was an immediate sense of trust, calm, and confidence in her that made the decision effortless.
From that point on, she carried everything with such care, professionalism, and quiet dedication that we always felt supported. We never felt alone in any decision or challenge—she was constantly thinking ahead, solving problems before they could grow, and protecting our vision every step of the way.
When issues came up with our original venue—including an unpleasant smell and other concerns—Laura stepped in immediately. She didn’t just help us navigate it; she advocated for us, pushed for answers, and ultimately secured a refund. What could have easily overshadowed our entire experience was handled with such steadiness that we were able to move forward without losing our excitement for the day.
When we made the decision to move everything to Wentworth Sports Complex, including catering, Laura embraced it fully and immediately brought a sense of calm to what could have felt like chaos. At the same time, she was helping us plan a surprise wedding, and she carried that responsibility with such quiet precision that it never once felt overwhelming for us.
She handled every detail with complete discretion, making sure nothing was ever revealed too soon and that every moment unfolded exactly as it was meant to. From there, she brought our entire day together—coordinating the bridal party, music, and key moments, and even hosting a rehearsal at the new venue so everyone felt confident and prepared. She grounded everyone involved and made the entire experience feel steady and effortless.
One of the most meaningful touches was how she carefully coordinated the arrival of our officiant, a close family friend, ensuring everything unfolded naturally so the surprise remained intact. It’s a detail we will never forget.
She completely transformed the space itself. What was originally a sports bar with soccer, pickleball, and batting cages became something warm, romantic, and almost surreal—a true fairy-tale setting that reflected us perfectly. Walking in felt like stepping into a dream; we were honestly speechless. Seeing it for the first time was emotional in a way we didn’t expect.
On the wedding day, everything unfolded seamlessly. There was a sense of calm the entire day because we knew Laura had it all handled. We were able to be fully present, fully emotional, and fully in the moment without ever worrying about what was happening behind the scenes (including one of our guests being sick right before the big wedding reveal).
But what stays with us most isn’t just how flawlessly everything was executed—it’s how deeply she cared. By the end of it all, Laura didn’t feel like someone we hired. She felt like someone who had walked alongside us through one of the most important chapters of our lives and became part of our family.
We are endlessly grateful for her. This review doesn’t even begin to capture the ways she brought our day to life. Laura was a life saver, she was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Our only regret, was not hiring her sooner. Laura and her sister are the perfect team. She helped us with everything and always had our back. Laura kept everything organized, created a very detailed schedule and a lead us in a fun rehearsal. She made sure our day went off without a hitch (thank goodness). We could not recommend her more, she becomes like family. -

We hired Laura to help with our son’s engagement party, and she was beyond incredible! Since the wedding would be a smaller destination event overseas, it was important to us that this celebration felt like the main event for our friends and community.
