Wonderful Experience
Emilia was truly incredible to work with from start to finish. She brought my entire vision to life and set up the hall more beautifully than I could have ever imagined. Throughout the whole process, she was so helpful, organized, and genuinely amazing to work with. I felt completely at ease knowing everything was in her hands and she made our day absolutely perfect! Working with Emilia was great! We hired Emilia and the La Vita Events Co. team for their month-of wedding planning services and are completely satisfied with our decision. Emilia was incredibly organized and detail-oriented, but also easy-going and fun to work with. She was very understanding of our needs and particular preferences for the day and made sure it was the day that we envisioned. As we had hired her for her month-of services, we had already secured many of the big vendors, but she was super helpful in bringing everything together and ensuring no details were overlooked. In cases where we were unsure of what to do or what was typical of most weddings, she gave us useful guidance and input to be sure it was a great day. I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have had Emilia as our wedding planner! She was passionate about making our dream wedding come to life. Every detail, big or small, was handled with care, and she exceeded all our expectations at every turn. On the wedding day itself, we were able to fully relax and enjoy the moment, knowing that everything was in capable hands. Not only did she keep everything running on schedule, but she also ensured that we felt supported and special throughout the entire process.

An absolutely fantastic day of coordinator!
Emilia and the La Vita Event & Co team were absolutely amazing! I would recommend them to anybody from making sure the day went off perfectly to helping with vetting/finding vendors! They are the reason why we were able to enjoy our wedding and was reassured the team was figuring everything else out.
From coming to the wedding rehearsal to making sure all of my bridesmaids and groomsmen knew what they had to do to taking care of all the little details on the day of the wedding. They were absolutely fantastic!La Vita Events & Co.'s reply:

Excellent Service!
My husband and I got married on November 2nd, and we were lucky to have Emilia as our wedding coordinator. We hired her as our day-of coordinator, which also included month-of planning, and she was amazing every step of the way!
Emilia was such a pleasure to work with—super sweet, super organized, and so knowledgeable. She gave us great recommendations, helped us stay on track with the timeline, and made sure everything ran smoothly on our big day. She also kept in touch with all our vendors, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
She was always friendly, warm, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. She made sure everything was set up just right, and her calm and positive attitude really helped keep the day stress-free.
We’re so grateful for everything Emilia did for us and would definitely recommend her to any couple looking for a coordinator who truly cares and knows how to get things done!La Vita Events & Co.'s reply:

We had a terrific experience working with La Vita Events for our wedding. We opted for day of coordination and worked with Emilia in the months leading up to our big day. Emilia was professional and generous with her time, going above and beyond to help us figure out our vision and consider minor details. We greatly appreciated her expertise with decorations, logistics, assembly, and tear-down.
La Vita Events took the time to make our wedding day go off without a hitch. This is a great option if you're planning a wedding in the GTA or surrounding area!La Vita Events & Co.'s reply:

Best coordinator!
Emilia was such a great coordinator, honestly I can’t even express how grateful we were to have her as our coordinator. She kept all of us on track, and the decorations for the reception turned out better than I expected.
