  Weddings are extremely difficult and stressful to plan and coordinate, and having a wedding planner who is competent, professional and quick to handle requests is priceless! Kavita Mohan is the best and we highly recommend her and services! Her experience speaks for itself and her connections and relationships with existing vendors help make planning a wedding seamless and stress-free.

  Incredible to work with. Really understood the nuances of planning an indian wedding and was always resourceful with the best vendors in the Vancouver area. On the wedding day itself, everything went incredibly smoothly without a hitch. Any problems that arose she took care of without having to involve the wedding party on the day of the ceremony.

  Kavita is such a positive, well-organized, intelligent, fun-loving woman! She's very focused and pays great attention to details. She had a lot of great ideas that we had implemented in our wedding plans.
  
  We had to deal with many problems: a not-so-helpful travel agent, a non-responsive vendor, and the list of family requests we had presented. Kavita was able to find solutions to all.
  
  There is no way we could've pulled off our destination wedding with out her. She made sure to not only follow-up with us, and the vendors...but also with our guests. She was very much loved by our guests and vendors.
  
  We're very thankful for all the hard work she's put in to make our wedding week memorable.

  Details details details! Kavita you nailed this! The timelines you created and your communication really helped us plan our wedding. You were never late for an appointment even if we were (sorry!). You always came to the meetings or phone conversations with creative ideas. Planning a wedding can get overwhelming really fast and I feel your professionalism and flexibility helped us work through all the moving parts. By you understanding how each of us worked really allowed us to stay on track. Displaying your positive attitude and sass at times also helped make our big day a success! Thanks again for being so approachable and the laughs! We both had peace of mind knowing you were not going to overcharge based on the tasks you took on. We would definitely recommend newly engaged couples to reach out to kavita to see how she can help make your big day special no matter how big or small she's always ready to help!

  Kavita is the best! She is so pleasant to work with and her attention to detail is amazing. I don't know what we would've done without her. She makes the whole process a lot less stressful. I would highly recommend Kavita to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner.

  Kavita Mohan Events are nothing short amazing! Our multi-day wedding was better than we could have possibly imagined! Kavita's attention to detail and professionalism alleviated the stress of planning our elaborate events which combined two very different cultures and accommodated guests from all over Canada and the U.S.

  We had kavita plan our spring wedding. We both couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! She got us the best prices for what we wanted and made sure everything was perfectly planned for our day. She was super punctual and always on top of everything. Can't say enough good about her!

  Kavita helped plan 5 different events for our wedding. Both my wife and I are Indo-Canadian, and we have traditional events that occur during the wedding week. She took care of all our needs, each event was planned perfectly. It ended with our reception for 400+ guests and she did an awesome job. Kavita is very professional and also goes above and beyond with the thoughtful touches. She even managed to have our wedding cake match the pattern of my wife's reception outfit. She made it the most amazing week of our lives and we highly recommend her!
