We could not have asked for a better wedding planner! From our very first meeting, Rachel was warm, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to truly get to know us, our relationship, understand our vision and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. We got married in Kelowna BC, and although she is based in Vancouver, we just knew she would be the one to plan and create such a magical day.
Rachel’s attention to detail was impeccable — nothing was overlooked, and she handled everything with grace and professionalism. On the day of the wedding, that’s when we were able to see her really shine; we were able to fully enjoy every moment because Rachel had everything under control. She came fully equipped with items that we didn’t even think to bring and was able to help out with any wardrobe malfunctions minutes before heading to the ceremony. Rachel kept to our timeline and everything ran perfectly. All vendors and other family members who helped throughout the day were all coordinated flawlessly which allowed me and my now husband have absolutely ZERO stress, enjoy the day to the fullest and watch our whole wedding unfold into the most beautiful day than we ever could have imagined.

We brought Rachel on for month of coordination about six months before our wedding at Manning Park Resort. She went above and beyond during the planning process, with monthly meetings throughout all six months. She answered every question we had, recommended some great vendors, and helped us put together a perfect timeline. Especially as we were planning a wedding from the other side of the world, she made planning so much less stressful and ensured no detail was forgotten.
When it came to our wedding weekend, she was there for the rehearsal the night before, and she and her assistants made our wedding day so seamless and magical. All we had to do was show up, and everything was done for us. We were impressed by their management of all the big things like vendor coordination, decor set up, timekeeping, etc, but also all the little touches like ensuring the wedding party all had bug spray, and that we had plenty of water and food at every opportunity. Any issues that came up were dealt with without us knowing about them until after the fact. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and that was thanks to Rachel and her team. We would highly recommend her services!

We cannot recommend Rachel highly enough! From the very beginning, she brought a level of organization and professionalism that kept us on track throughout the entire planning process. She made sure we met important deadlines, making sure we booked other vendors early enough (and providing great recommendations), as well as ensuring no detail was overlooked.
On the wedding day, she took over all coordination with vendors, allowing us, our families, and our friends to truly relax and enjoy the celebration. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and efficiently — and most importantly, without pulling us away from the moment when possible.
Beyond her incredible skills, she was also just a joy to work with. Kind, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our day special, she made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable.
